Description: After forming the single hand sign, you able to remove all effects of a fuinjutsu from a single target object/person. If you are removing it from a person you must be able to touch that target, if you are removing it from an object you must be within 1m range. This can remove almost any fuinjutsu regardless of the rank, however you must spend chakra equal to the rank of the dispelled jutsu, or the jutsu will not end. Additionally, it cannot remove Curse Seals or private fuinjutsu.
