Description: A high level binding fuinjutsu. After the needed hand signs, a seal will form on the palm of the user. This seal will remain for two post. If the user manages to touch any part of another person, including their gear, the seal will be placed, and activated. When the seal is active, it will begin to coil around the target like a snake, wrapping around their limbs and body parts, constricting them and holding them in place. They will be unable to move their body limbs, however smaller things such as hands can still move.
