Description: The user is able to seal a medical jutsu into a person by placing a temporary seal on a part of the person’s skin. After performing the seal and placing it on the skin the user then needs to perform the medical jutsu and touch the center of the seal. The chakra needed to use the medical jutsu is then taken from the user and sealed in the fuuinjutsu along with the medical jutsu. After which the user can release the seal at a distance, allowing the medical jutsu to take hold and affect the target of the seal. This causes both the medical jutsu and the seal to disappear. The jutsu doesn’t last forever, and after time it will dissolve on its own (until end of topic). Only one medical jutsu of equal rank to the fuuinjutsu can be used per rank. Sealing the medical jutsu requires an action while releasing it does not.
