Description:
The user generates a thick ring of thunderclouds and electricity around him, creating an offensive and defensive ward. He can then use these clouds to fire powerful blasts of lightning at any target within five meters of them once per turn during the duration of the jutsu. The thunder clouds deal lightning damage to anyone that is not the user trapped inside the sphere as it functions like an electrified perimeter; effectively preventing enemies from getting close.
