The user uses their chakra to permeate the water molecules in the air around them and begin to generate a natural lightning storm of black clouds around them that fill the area. For the duration of the technique all raiton techniques and ranton techniques used by the user are considered to be formed with natural lightning and pierce through protective jutsu that defends against chakra based effects because of the natural lightning intermixed into the technique.
