Description:
A large Japanese fan that can be opened and closed into a small metal container. The container is made of steel and when fully closed looks like a long rectangular box. When opened the fan reveals a large spread of canvas with three painted purple moons on it. The fan itself is inlaid with tiny metal rods to both support the canvas and make the swinging power of the fan stronger.
Function:
While closed the fan's box can be used to block attacks much like a sword, and if it were to strike someone it would deal C-Rank blunt damage. When opened the fan can be swung to deliver a strong gust or billow of wind up to 5 meters away. This wind deals no damage can be used to blow away air born particles such as mist, smoke or ash.
Abilities:
The fan possess three chakra charges built into the fan. These charges can not be replenished during the same topic they are used and only replenish during the next topic. As an action the user can swing the fan to expend one of the charges. Without using their own chakra or preforming hand signs the user is able to use Wind Bullet which is contained in one of the three charges.
