Description: Dark storm is a reverse application of the storm element that instead of giving off a light plasma color, it absorbs light and quenches it, taking on a dark black color. The Dark Cloak is a simple jutsu that must affect a preexisting storm construct or jutsu. By completing the hand signs the user can cause an illuminated storm item to immediately turn into a Dark Storm item, taking on a black color and being devoid of any light what so ever. This will increase the duration of the storm item by 1 post.
