Description: A storm based jutsu that creates a wall out of the storm element, being pure condensed plasma type of effect. After completing the hand seals the user will pour chakra into the environment, and cause a wall of yellow pulsating light to rise up from the ground and form. The user can summon the wall anywhere within a range of 20 meters from their person. This wall will be 10 meters tall and 10 meters long, creating a square wall of solid storm element. This wall is stationary and will simple sit there, however it will be solid enough to prevent anything from passing through it, and will act much like a earth wall at C rank. The difference is this wall will be made of storm, and will burn or injury anyone that touches the wall, much like other storm based techniques. While it is not bright enough to blind anyone, the wall does give off enough light to see in the darkness.
