Description: A basic storm based jutsu, which allows the user to create a ring, or halo around their head made out of the storm or plasma element. The halo will sit about 6 inches off the top of their head, and just float there. If the user moves while wearing the halo, it will move with them, following any movement they take. The halo is made of storm energy, so if it manages to touch anyone or anything, it will burn and melt that item. By itself the halo produces enough light to illuminate darkness up to 5 meters, but is not bright enough to blind anyone.
