The journey to the Kellen Mountain Range

Karite sighed as she got up that morning. She took her shower and got dressed. She put on her normal shinobi outfit. She put on her black shorts and then started with her tops. Her black shirt hug close to her fishnet long sleeve undershirt. Her curves showing properly. She threw her cloak over her outfit and put her arms threw the sleeves. She decided to close it and put up her hood. She did a couple warm up stretches to make sure she was ready for the patrol. She threw a coat into her backpack to bring with her just in case. She yawned and walked down to the kitchen, where her sister was waiting. "Hey Hitomi, going on a mission with a teammate. I'll be back as soon as I can." She smiled and and ran out of the house.

She ran to the front gates and smiled as she waited for Shinigai to show up. She was happy that she would have a teammate in this long journey to the Kellen Mountain Range. It was hopeful thinking on her part that it would be a quick one. She was unsure of what she would find when she got there. She noticed Shinigai running to catch up to her at the gate. "Hey Jayy. Ready to go?" She stretched her neck quickly. "This is going to be a long trip." She was nervous of the long journey and was unsure of what she would find.

She began walking off with Shinigai at her side. She and Shinigai made their way to Kataki Rd. She walked down Kataki Rd, hopeful that the journey would stay safe until their destination. She kept conversing with Shinigai about random and unrelated topics to pass the time. Though she did keep the topic off the goddess inside her. The journey was a long one. She kept the travel to the Kellen Mountain Range at a decent pace and they finally reached their destination after a long journey.

Karite and Shinigai arrived at Kataki Rd. She was thankful to have arrived safely as the danger present in the Kellen Plains was massive. The tracks were something that definitely needed to be investigated by strong shinobi of the Moon Village. Whether or not that included her would be decided after she gave the report to the Gekkoukage. She would need to be thorough and ready to take care of everything. She stretched, having been stuck in the snow, moving slowly and haphazardly for a good while. She finally began walking along Kataki Rd. She had asked Shinigai his thoughts on facing a chakra beast, just the two of them. She honestly didn't think they had a chance as they were now. She would strive to get stronger. She smiled as she was just happy to get out of the Kellen Plans. She walked down Kataki Rd and carried herself to the best of her ability. She wondered what the chakra beast actually looked like. The feet appeared to be humanoid in design but the scale was crazy. Just looking at the footprints had given her chills at the sheer size of them. To actually be confronted by the beast would have sent shockwaves up and down her spine.

She saw the gates of the village up ahead and she was glad to be back home. The journey was fun, but she had never wanted to be home as much as she did now. She would hug Hitomi until the sun went down as soon as she went home. As they reached the village gates. Karite said her goodbyes to Shinigai and went on her journey home.
