Description: This jutsu will only work by targeting a storm construct (an object made out of the storm element) The user will complete their hand signs and target a single storm construct up to 30 meters from their person. They will then pull on that object, using the connection of charged storm energy from the object to their hand. This will attract the object and cause it to move towards the user. The object will travel 15 meters in a single post, then stop, remaining where it is. The user can cause the object to stop earlier if they wish, not needing to pull it the full 15 meters. If the storm object were to hit another storm construct or a solid object such as a wall or chair, they will pass right through each other, however if the object were to hit another person or a living creature, the object will hit them, not going through the creature, and instead forcing them back.
