Wild Animal Attack

Ryojin was strolling about the village enjoying his visit. His hands were behind his back clasped together, and he was admiring the wares of various merchants. It was wayyyy different from the moon village. He was lounging about when suddenly a bell rang loudly and everyone began to run inside. He blinked and stared blankly forward until he noticed a merchant yelling not too far ahead.

It only took a second for Ryojin to react. He began his sprint toward the merchant, but it would take him just a second too long to save the merchant. Ryojin pulled out his kunai sword and was almost primed to throw it, but then ceiling tiles collided with the beast and drew it's attention. It took a moment for Ryojin to realize they had been thrown by someone. He spotted Shizuka up on the roof. Was she a shinobi or a good Samaritan? Judging by her posture, her gear, her visage, a shinobi.

Ryojin took this moment to flash step in and land between the tiger and it's prey while it was distracted. "Now would be a good time for you to get going." Ryojin smiled softly to the merchant after helping him up. The tiger boar let out an ugly sounding his and brought Ryojin's attention back to it. With one flick of his wrist both sides of his bo were extended out ward. He spun it back and forth within his palms and after a moment leveled it out and jabbed forward. The tiger would not get a break from surprises today.

The beast was jabbed in it's butt by the bo and it let out an odd roar as it flipped now to face the closest aggressor. "Here Kitty kitty. Let's play." Ryojin pushed forward his bo once more, but the time the tiger was quick and dodged. It was nimble for sure, but nimbleness alone wouldn't be enough to stave off Ryojin. When the beast had jumped back slightly to avoid, Ryojin shuffle-stepped inward and this time swung his bo about his shoulders sending a full sweeping strike toward the tiger. It wasn't expecting such a quick response from the new prey, and it was struck hard on the side, though it seemed all Ryojin managed to do was irritate it more.

"You're pretty sturdy." Ryojin's palms pulsed slightly. The beast's body was harder than he expected. Good thing the bo staff was made of metal. "Let's go for a round two." With this, Ryojin used his bo at full length and vaulted himself up onto the front side of the building where his spontaneous ally was. He was above the tiger facing down at it."Introductions later. Ready to have some fun?" He looked back at the shinobi behind him.

Lead it away? Sounded easy enough. He ran along the wall just below her on the roof. He had allowed his metal bo to collapse once again. It made carrying it much easier. After reaching the end of the first building, Ryojin would vault himself to the next roof in order to keep just behind Shizuka. If this thing were capable of jutsu, it'd be a bit more of a pain.

"I'm Ryojin by the way! It's a pleasure to meet you. I'm from the moon. I've met a lot of people from here though! Sojiro, mikomi, another angry old guy with black hair that may or may not be related to mikomi, then apparently my village has a bunny, and an old guy who really likes snakes, and uhhh" Ryojin was trying his best to make sure he covered everyone he had met so far. He tapped his chin slightly as he ran, nearly losing his footing on a roof and almost missing his chance to jump, but he recovered quickly by extending and vaulting with his bo. "Man! You all have some weird animals here! First an angry lizard thing that was way too big not to be classified as a desert wolf with scales, now this huge kitten. Are things always this fun here?"

"Oh, nice to meet you!" Ryojin flashed her a big old grin of pearly whites. She had thrown him the chicken and for a moment he blinked, that was until the tiger lunged at him. He jumped pulling his legs up and at the same time brought his bo crashing down on the beast. "Bad Kitty!" He then took of continuing to run about vaulting himself over to the next roof.

"You've gotta be quicker than that!" He pulled out his wire and tied the chicken to his bo staff as he ran. It was then he began waving it in front of the tiger tauntingly before continuing his run. "I promise the chicken is delicious!"

At the point he reached the next end of the roof, he would intentionally await the tiger, and once it pounced he would instead drop from the rooftop to the ground and begin running back down the street. He managed to narrowly avoid tripping over an empty crate and slid through someone's poorly placed laundry covering it once more in sand and dust. "Oop! Sorry!"

It was easy enough for Ryojin to race forward as the shinobi scattered in order to pull the innocent people out of the way. He slid through the open doorway and the tiger was bounding after. He quickly snapped his bo forward, the knot he tied coming undone, and leaving the chicken to suddenly fly forward. The tiger roared and flew after it. Ryojin slipped back in through the door and as it was shutting, the tiger turned realizing it was had. He then stuck out his tongue. "Bye kitty. Let's do this again some time."

The door shut and Ryojin huffed hard and stretched a bit. What a rush. He walked back over to Shizuka and offered out his hand. "It's been a pleasure. Your eyes are really cool by the way." He had tilted his head and then jumped down from the wall landing on the ground with a soft thud. "We really should do this again some time. I've got somebody to say hello to before I have to make my way back home. Thanks for the thrill!" With that, he disappeared into the group crowding back into the streets leaving just as fast as he had appeared.
