No, as he said, that was only one of two people he could think to ask for help. The other was someone he hadn't talked to for a few weeks, since their last encounter on a group mission. He had sent Kenji Haruka a letter in the mail explaining the situation to him, at least the big parts, hoping that he would come. He wasn't completely sure that the man would come but, Sojiro made sure to mention both him and Hikari would need the man's help. If things went as planned, today should be the day that the two of them arrived.
Currently, the tanned bestial youth sat crossed legged in the living room of his home, which had a very old styling to it. There was a large couch with a large wooden table in front of it, two lazy boys on the other side of the table. There were pictures up along the wall, some of them had a man and woman in them that looked nothing like Sojiro. There were only a few of Sojiro as he was growing up, though none of them any younger than 12 years old. In the corner of the living room, there was a small shrine dedicated to the woman in one of the photos, not that it ever bothered Sojiro. He had never met the woman in the pictures, it was his adoptive father's wife but supposedly, she was an incredibly kind woman.
Sojiro was wearing his usual black pants though he had nothing else on, his bare upper body completely exposed, evenly tanned and toned. If one looked close enough to his body, they would see small scars littering it but they were old and had mostly faded away. There was only one fresh scar, which was on Sojiro's lower right back, where he had taken a Kunai on a mission with Kenji. Resting on the arm of the couch next to him was his poison gauntlet, Flak Jacket, and Bandana. His crimson hues were looking at the items in front of him, where there was a horrid collection of items.
There were three photos of missing children in front of him and, scattered around the pictures, were a few items. There was a teddy bear, a few shoes although none of the matched, and a toy wolf. He had followed the scent on all the items until there was nothing left in the village, what the hell was going on? He could only hope that Hikari would get here soon...
