Name: Destroy the Supply House
Rank: B-Rank
Participants: Moon Village, Sun Village, Missing Ninja
Type: Group Mission
Reward: 45 EXP, 20 Ryo
Location: Within a Yellow region
Details: A secret supply house has been found in the wilderness. It appears to belong to some local bandits or criminals using it to store their goods or supplies. As long as this supply house remains intact, the criminals have access to what they need to continue to flourish. Your job is to destroy the supply house using any means necessary. While the mission itself seems simple, the house is most likely guarded by bandits or thugs, which can make the mission a little tricky.
Requirements: Each person must make at least four posts, totaling to 1600 WC.
Senkou poured over the mission briefing that he had taken out of the manila envelope. The objective was to take out a supply depot that some overly ambitious bandits had been storing their stockpile in. Unknown amount of enemy combatants and unknown skill levels. Direct engagement was not advised. The location was an alcove on the side of the Sobek River, which meant that they would be prepared for an assault from the river, an alternative would need to be found. He took out a map of the River Basin and started marking it up to indicate potential directions, elevations, terrain and hostile wildlife which could all give away the fact that they were trying to sneak up on these bandits. An alcove did have one thing going for them, if there wasn’t a separate exit/entrance then it would be easy to flush them out on to the banks of the river where the bandits would then be vulnerable to an assault. Smoke grenades, explosive notes, trip wires, plenty of possibilities that would make this job neat and clean, proper reconnaissance would be needed first to determine the exact layout of the depot.
Senkou finished up his notes and put them with the map back into the manila envelope with the mission briefing. It was time to go to the meeting place, the lobby of the Administration HQ. He was dressed as he always was, white cloak with hood up, mask on with sunglasses behind the eyes, hands and feet bandaged up. Underneath that cloak was his harness which had hooked on to it all of his gear that he would be bringing on to the mission, explosives notes neatly strung together, kunai and karambit secured to the insides of sleeves to avoid noise. Everything had its place, put in the spots that would optimise the speed at which they could be deployed. Now, Senkou was very curious about this Ami Hyuuga, exceptionally well known, supposedly was quite strong for her age, and whispers in the corridors talked about a fight with a shinobi who had relatively recently gone rogue. Curiosity of course was a fickle thing with Senkou, it was a great asset that often led to obsessive questioning till he was satisfied with the information he had acquired. He hoped that he could have better self-control, and didn't want to ruin a potentially beneficial working relationship with the up and comer in Gekkousato.
