Description: This is a simple technique but it requires the Lightning Eagle jutsu to work. It basically creates a leash made of lightning connecting to the Eagle It must be used in conjunction with the parent technique and allows the user to "Ride The Lightning" literally jumping on top of the eagle and flying around in it, The movement speed of this technique is equal to that of the parent technique but can use 5 CP to give more energy to the eagle and keep it going. the movement granted by the technique is not counted towards max MPP. Also allows flight.
