Description: Similar to the Lightning Birds Jutsu, the user must perform some hand-seals before using this jutsu. The biggest difference between the two is that instead of a flock of small birds this one is just one big eagle-like looking projectile, which is a lot more harmful. its "wingspan" is 2 meters wide and the eagle is 1 meter tall, it packs enough force to sweep most people of their feet and drag them through the air until the end of its range. Initial contact with it feels like being hit by a solid bird of that size, being made of electricity it shocks whoever touches it causing numbness which makes it easier for it to break through the target's stance. It travels a total of 7 meters per post and at the end of its trajectory, it starts to diminish in size and becomes more like some kind of lightning spear, transforming from blunt to piercing damage, if the target is in contact with this last 1 meter of trajectory they will receive strong shocks as the eagle loses its form and all the lightning goes into the person, this 1-meter effect can also be triggered by the user with a hand-seal
