The Brave and Baulder! [Group Mission]

Mission Details: :

Cure was feeling more then a little haggard. If he had to see another freaking monkey again it would be too soon! Cure muttered to himself as he accompanied his squad mate to start heading out of the village but before the two could even make it to the gate a Blaze and an Eclipse appeared before each ninja respective of their villages. They both had an almost identical looking scroll in their hands except one was sealed with a Sun and the other a Full Moon. Cure reached out and took the Sun scroll when the Blaze offered it to him expectantly. This was a Blaze after all he couldn't just disregard what they were obviously assigned to deliver them even if Cure wanted nothing more then to return to the village and go soaking in a nice warm bath. Taking the scroll Cure read the contents his face growing darker and darker the more he read and after he finished it quickly and even reread it to make sure of what it said he jerked his head up to see the Blaze and Eclipse had already disappeared. Cure looked toward Keiji. He already figured that the other shinobi would have gotten the same mission considering how similar the scrolls were along with the two special agent ninja from their village arriving simultaneously. Cure could feel a headache just waiting to assault him. 'This was a heavy load to just drop on someone!' Especially after just completing a tedious mission. Cure took the time to exhale slowly and reached into his medical bag to eat a caffeine pill and checked to make sure all his gear were still ready to use. After determining that he was properly equipped and had the necessary caffeine to correct his attitude Cure became focused once more as he ran through all the moving parts and pieces reported in the scroll as well as the various objectives they had to decide from before turning to his partner and asking his opinion. "I feel like the most important tasks or either fighting the corrupt police to protect the innocent civilians from them or investigating the assassination. Honestly I'd prefer the former as I feel one of our most important duties is to protect the citizens as proud shinobi from our respective villages but getting down to the meat and potatoes is important too. Is it possible to do both? What do you think our first coarse of action should be?" After asking for Keijji's opinion Cure decided whatever his squad mate had to say he would be sure to follow that so long as it was reasonable and he would ask the other man if he had a plan to accomplish whichever task or tasks he deemed the best course of action to take. Cure would listen inventively and respectfully.

He had a travel pack with several supplies and materials meant for long distance travel. His clothing was par for the course, shinobi sandal shoes and pants that were dark blue in color, as well as a crop top shirt and shawl combo of the same color as his pants. His torso was wrapped in the unique chakra threaded string in bandage form, tightly wrapped around his torso, and forearms. He held a canister of the threading in its unique placement hidden in the shawl, with several others in his bag. His Mari-Blade was in its sheath across his lower back, making it easier for him to draw it while utilizing centripetal motions and acrobatic fighting. He was ready for the inevitable on this journey.

He was shocked as they came towards the village gates, an eclipse and blaze member were present. As Cure and him approached them it would seem that whatever was happening in the village was important enough to have action form both of the major villages. Why is it that they had come so auspiciously a t the moment that they would be waiting? They had given scrolls to Cure and Keiji seemingly village dependent that explained the whole situation to them and what was at stake here. He took a deep breath as he thought about the implications of reacting here. It is true that they were proud shinobi and should be here to help the people but hey should also seek to find out what had happened. Given their unique talents though, Keiji assumed they both could be a little more specialized here.

Taking a moment before he spoke, he would retrieve a mask from his bag out and slide it over his face, it was dark blue like his clothing and had white lines on it like that of a spiders web. The eye slots on it were pure white as well like the lines, lined in black. Giving his pack to Cure to hold onto, he spoke as he created two threaded whips one for each hand, the white threading coiling around his arms, "Do me a favor Cure, seek out those that you can help with your medical expertise, try and find out what you can about the murder. I am going to... Hunt the corrupt. Good luck Cure.", and with that he would fire off the threading at the village gate, pulling himself off into the distance. He would use the threading to swing between the buildings and objects, surging chakra to his feet when he needed to stick to buildings and walls. He was searching for moments of wrong doing by the police. The village needed to know that some people were still looking out for the innocent.

Cure sighed a bit as the other shinobi rushed off to go play vigilante telling him to go play medic spy. Well it was true Cure was currently more a support type, but he still had quite a bit combat experience too. Well no matter, they did need to figure out what was going on anyway and this way would be more efficient then investigating together. With a sigh then a look of determination, Cure made his way to the local medical building and indeed there were many wounded from the conflicts on Cure's shoulders without restraint.

Walking right in Cure actually got snagged into helping out immediately. In fact with how Cure normally dressed and his proficient medical skills with how Cure normally dressed and his proficient medical skills, it took the staff over five hours to realize Cure wasn't one of theirs. However even then they happily took advantage of his generosity and heaped a bunch of their overwhelming load on Cure's shoulders without restraint. Not that this was an issue with Cure, he was more then happy to help and he even got plenty of information.

There was a lot of moving parts and pieces but the greatest take away were the corrupt cops and select corrupt civillians that were in Cure's opinion doing a pretty good job of causing enough ruckus to hide the instability in Baulder, but of course there were some that still noticed. No one could name the assassin though and the voices speaking against the corrupt politicians were always assaulted and pushed to the back of the med bay's were other medics often overlooked. But Cure was looking, and he wouldn't be strong-armed.

Swinging through the village to seek out his prey he would find himself perched atop the tallest being sticking to it with his hands and feet thanks to the aid of chakra. Whilst peering down he would see all sorts of small skirmishes occurring around the Village of Baulder, from slum rats attacking each other for food or territory, to criminals accosting normal citizens for Kami knows what, all the way to several instances of what Keiji was seeing as police brutality. People being dragged out of their homes and cars to be beaten savagely and without warning. This was truly a lawless place if such negativity could occur without any restraint on the ends of those supposedly hired to protect and serve.

He would leap down onto a series of buildings below, using his threaded whips to swing and latch onto rooftops and light poles as he traveled. Eventually he would come to where he intended to be, a small marketplace in a couldesac style alleyway that had a group of citizens being detained in the center by six officers of what was supposed to be the police force. Landing silently with a roll into the street he would immediately call some of his threading to his hands as he launched two bola shots at the farthest right and left policeman bunding their torsos with his chakra enhanced threading. As their bodies collapsed hard into the ground they would shout alerting the other officers.

The citizens would look towards Keiji and scream for assistance as one of the officer hit the eldest of them with his baton before joining the other three guards to encircle Keiji. The oldest of the guards would speak first, "What do you think you are some Vigilante? Sic em's boys.", and with his command the other three would step forward and attempt to strike Keiji with their batons in unison. Drawing his blade with a swift motion he would slice their batons in half as he sliced through them instead of just blocking the attacks, and then quickly flipping into motion as he launched his whip at one of the buildings roofs and pulled himself upwards. Releasing mid flight it would show that he had done so to launch himself into the air to which he would perform a front flip and come down hard on the senior guards head with the flat of his blade knocking the man out then and there. Using his body as a spring board he would launch himself at the nearest building and stick to it with his feet as he made a motion with his left hand for the guards to come and get him, "Is that all you got? Boulders finest? More like bargain store shop cops!", his words infuriating the men into advancing on him.

Cure did such an amazing job in the hospital that when it was finally time for him to leave to seek out other clues everyone was truly disappointed. It made leaving discreetly impossible and drew unnecessary attention, however this could not be helped. After finally extracting himself with the promise of coming again to help out more, Cure began on his way to check out some of the clues he'd been tipped off about during his hospital stay. Walking swiftly and with a purpose, Cure soon made his way through a few bustling throngs and along more then a few side streets, until finally he arrived in a very suspicious seedy alley way. Seedy actually didn't even begin to describe it. Slowly Cure looked around lazily as if he was just strolling through a lovely park without a care. The Unfriendly stares and tense atmosphere slid off him like a refreshing spring shower. "Let's see should be around...." looking around Cure began to muse before being interrupted by just the clue the was looking for. "Made a real mistake coming here little medic!" A group of three dangerous looking thugs appeared. And not your run of the mill posers or normal thugs. These were ninja. ExNinja to be precise. Normally Cure would really be in over his head but he had the only advantage he needed...."But l should thank you for coming to me. You saved me the trouble of going to find you!" The three thugs stepped forward menacingly with arrogance and Cure smirked as his advantage gave him the perfect opening just as he predicted! In a swift movement Cure  moved swiftly and suddenly with one chakra enhanced blow perfectly balanced and aimed at a knockout pressure point Cure immediately downed one while flowing into a chakra enhanced kick, slamming another into the wall hard enough to leave an imprint! After that rapid medical strike and cherry blossom impact kick taking out two on the spot, Cure had just enough time to raise a hastily made chakra scalpel to counter the sudden kunai coming at him from the once cocky leader of the thugs. But Cure was far from done with his streak as his other hand flicked and the senbons he prepared landed precisely on the pressure points to numb his opponents leg. This gave him time to violently push the last thug off balance, disperse his chakra scalpel, and when the thug would just regain his balance after wrestling with his numbed legs, a chakra enhanced fist would land straight up into his gut. With that Cherry Blossom Impact launching him in the air Cure would speak telling the three unconscious bodies his advantage and where they went wrong. "Everyone always underestimates the Medic! Shame."
