When the man told them to have fun, it wasn't literally telling him to have fun. For all intents and purposes, they were the help and there as a formality with the villages. You know, in the spirit of working together with local business interests and whatnot. The Kaguya however, had other plans. He began to strip some of his clothes off, flaunting his rather, well-toned body. Shizuka had to give him that, the tanned skin did help bump up his abs. Regardless, he wasn't exactly being invited to be a literal guest at the birthday party. Shinigai was either a clueless man child or he simply did not play by the rules and did as he pleased.
"Shizu-chan should strip as well." A rather unwelcome comment from the peanut gallery. She swore the sultry spirit was having a spiritual nose bleed right about now. "It would be wise to blend in Imino." The fake coughs of a virgin pile of skeleton dust. Shizuka watched as the white-haired lad pop a few dishes in his mouth before spitting it out. The waiter and guests looked at him funny and then to Shizuka. She rolled her eyes, he certainly had the taste buds of a child. What was with Moon Shinobi? She cleared her throat as she thought of an excuse for the poor etiquette of her fellow shinobi.
"He's from uh... The Moon Village." People nodded their heads, giving off an 'ahh' of understanding. As if being from the moon explained everything strange about Shinigai. The younger girls would giggle at his approach and some of the more aged women would open catcall to him. Some even offered him Ryo if he would give them a private show. Yet his attention was torn, approaching the tents of the firepits. He shoved guests out of the way as he sped up. Imino's ears perked as she tried to hear something. Her nose was no good, the smell of food and general overly priced perfume filled the area.
Shortly after, the Kaguya burst out, grabbing buckets as he fetched water from the Ocean. Soon her guess was confirmed as people began to shout about a fire. Imino did not stay long, leaving the moon shinobi to put out the fire. If the fire was not an accident it was but a mistake. Her red eyes scanned through the members of the party, spotting immediately the bulldog of a man. He seemed to share her beliefs as he quietly spoke to his men. They would nod, moving off casually as to not alarm the guests. So if someone was using the fire as a distraction...
"There's an inside man, within the staff... They would have started the fire." He was right, Shizuka moved away from the masses, the rescue efforts of Kaguya serving as her own distraction. She moved towards the outer ring of tents, near the fenced-off areas. Here the guests were few. Away from prying eyes and quieter. She saw some of Owari's men move between the tents, looking through them for anyone who did not belong. The guards were being doubled on the perimeter, now scrutinizing everyone who came and went.
So, the distraction if the intruder had hoped panic and a gathering of the guards at the center... They would have used the opportunity to storm the entrances yet... There was not a single soul to be seen on the white beaches. "Unless they expected the guards to be well trained." The bulldog, he was clearly an experienced man who knew what he was doing. The party crashers... they were already in. Shizuka returned to the main party area, watching as the Kaguya put out the last of the fire. People clapped for him, praising his heroic efforts. He blushed, unsure of what to do. So sweet innocence. He was wet from having run into the sea and grabbing water, making hi- water....
Shizuka moved through the crowds of fans, still clapping for Kaguya. She motioned with a head twitch telling him to come over to her. Together they'd approach Owari and she would say. "Your uninvited guests... they came in through the ocean." It made sense... who would be watching the ocean? It was like a natural barrier or at least they had thought. " There are nearly 300 guests here today... excluding children."
" So, exclude the children. Look for guests who are still wet. Not their clothes, they would have easily changed. Their hair, look for wet hair. " Owari nodded. He looked to the Kaguya. " Why don't you show off your body more, take the women into that tent, take off some more clothes for money. If we keep them all in one spot it will be easier. Imino-san please search for wea-"
" Easier way to flush them out is they think you're not near your master. Leave some of your men, you go look for it. I will keep an eye out for the host." They'd agree and Owari would disappear to look for a stash of weapons. Shizuka herself would stick close to the individual who had hired them. He knew full well of what was going on, his man stopping by and whispering into his ear. He would never let it show. He would always laugh as if he had been delivered good news.
