Description: The user uses binding cloth in large quantities in order to make a protective dome around a designated target or targets. The incoming attack or attacks of equal or lesser strength crumble in face of this defense as they are rendered in effective. This makes it so that one impact [One Attack] is negated if it is equal strength. If the attack is of one rank lower, then the defense can withstand a second assault if it is of the same rank. However, after doing so, the potency is lost in order to further defend due to the lack of chakra.
If the cloth has retained water in some way by being soaked by the elements or being struck by Water Release at some point within the battle, the user is able to use this technique and it is able to have its defensive effects be applied higher against Katon [Fire-based] attacks.
