Their chakra takes the numbing feeling and let's it spread through the afflicted area, causing it to go numb for 2 posts. This move is meant to remove a person's use of their limb for a limited amount of time, though the person must strike near the intended limb for it to work.
A lightning shock of equal or higher rank can cause the limp limb to wake up.
