There was no denying that legends of the Executioner had always lingered in the area but no one had really found anything of interest, until a week or so ago. Someone had arrived in the Sun Village talking about how they had found some type of proof that the Barrens is where the legendary swordsman had been...
It was a long shot but lately Sojiro had been consumed with the missing children cases that were going on in the Sun Village. So, instead he had decided to travel with a friend of his towards the Barrens to try and figure out just what the hell was going on. He didn't think that his nose would be particularly helpful in hunting for a dead man, but he was still a skilled tracker in normal means.
He had made sure to pack enough supplies for the trip, wearing his normal attire of black pants and a Flak Jacket to match. Flying high above the two men as they traveled was the white bunny that Sojiro had adopted; Augustus Nibblus. The Kataki Road was safe enough for them to travel for now but Sojiro was actually looking forward to the more dangerous areas of the Barrens, curious as to what kind of creatures they may end up running into.
The pair had been traveling for a few days now and, with enough luck, it wouldn't be more than another day or so before they arrived and could start their investigation!
