He was wearing a messenger style bag that laid against the small of his back, as well as being cladded in a jet black oriental suit with crimson cuffs and collar, Golden filigree forming a phoenix on the backside of the jacket. He was here waiting for the man that had been recommended to him as a partner for harvesting the blood crystals that had been popping up in the black markets of late. Something about them spoke to him and made him more curious then any could know, and so here he waited at the gates for the man named Nemotoashi Houga to appear before him.

The first of many - (Travel)
Alvah was impatient as he waited at Gekkousato's village gates, his lithe frame leaning against the village gates with elegant yet brooding disdain, a permanent scowl seemingly plastered to his face as he watched the ants scuttle about before him and live such... boring lives. How could they be so content with just being... normal? Not having aspirations to be greater or take on the world? To cause change for better or worse. To be memorialized as something more then just a man? His regal appearance marred for a brief moment by spiting at the ground from his utter disgust at those before him. Even his own clan had become a bother as of late, too rigid to the laws of the long night laid before by their ancestors, to unwilling to grow and change with the world. It was damning and eventually they would all pay for their close minded view point and antiquated thoughts, but now wasn't the time, no Alvah would wait patiently until he had all he needed to strike at the heart of all that angered him.

Boredom
Boredom had defined Nemo's life for the past few years. Though ti felt like eons. He hadn't fought someone since the academy, and even then he had to hold back as much as possible. Not his strength, his intent. He had lost plenty, but never revealed his desires.
Now, as he brushed up against a villager, who jostled him, likely an accident, he felt that desire flare. The man gave a little bow, "sorry about that" the scum said, continuing on his way. Nemo stared at the man's back.
'Nothing could be more boring than that, right? Remember that! Keep it in mind. To drop our mask without any fun involved is what we least want, RIGHT?'
He sighed, and walked on towards the gate. The villager left behind. No matter how much it rankled him, no matter how much it bothered him, to gorge his want in such a paltry manner would be uncouth. Up ahead he saw a shinobi, as he laid eyes on him. Alvah spat into the dirt. Nemo's curiosity slithered to the forefront. Meet at the gate, those were the instructions, so that had to be the ally he had been assigned.
'Wait and see, this man, Ketsueki, Alvah, our ALLY for now. Be watching and watchful. The spitting, why does it do it?"
Fixing the mask of a smile on his face, Nemotoashi Houga walked up to and past Alvah, "Mr. Alvah I presume?" His voice was low, but friendly, a well practiced tone, honed for years. "No time to waste I'm afraid, let's be going"

Alvah watched onward as the man whose photo he had already been shown by his advisors, walked up towards his person and greeted him, not with the correct title afforded to someone with his prestigious blood, but at least it was still somewhat respectful. In turn he would respond to the new comer, "Yes, I am Alvah Ketseuki clan head of the Ketseuki Ichizoku, and you are correct there is no more of my time to waste. Lets be off!", and with that Alvah would begin trudging onward and into the distance, assuming Nemo was following him to the Warriors pit where the destination lay.

Re: The first of many - (Travel)
Alvah and Nemo had just finished their trek back from the barren lands of the bloodstained mire, a place now sacred to the two young men and their ambitions. What had been forged in blood and sweat in that place would live on to ever greater heights. They had made several pit stops on their way back, little reconnaissance missions to the smaller villages and communities as they hunted for the next member of their team. They needed someone strong and resourceful, but also who had.... loose morals so to speak. Their efforts would prove to be fruitless however they did receive a message when at Gekkousato's gates that in interesting woman was looking for someone by Alvah's description. A red haired, green eyed woman. Maybe this was the thread they were looking for!
Turning to face Nemo, he spoke with conviction and respect towards him, "Nemo... What say you? Shall we investigate this curious woman?", he would stare directly into Nemo's eyes with his own, viewing his newfound ally as an equal and deserving of his gaze, "I trust your opinion on this.", he would wait there patiently for Nemo's response before hunting this woman down. If they were to grow their numbers and see their plans come to fruition they needed more people who were of quality. If this woman proved to be the real deal, as she had sought out the Sanguine Phoenix himself, then maybe they could finally get started. Their dreams becoming ever closer to manifestation.

Re: The first of many - (Travel)
Nemo had grown more silent on the way back. It was new to him, to not have to wear his masks around someone. So he enjoyed the feeling as much as he could. He did not enjoy the stops they made however. He did not bring up or reveal his frustration. But stopping in those places had only honed his want even further. Searching for monsters without masks was difficult. And wouldn't be worth the time. So he filled his days with petty destruction. Tossing spores into the forest, killing small animals when Alvah wasn't around, that sort of thing.
WE ARE HUNGRY, AND THIRSTY, WE WANT. We know, leave us alone.
He perked up however, when Alvah spoke to him. His dark mood flitting back, to be replaced by the nearness of another piece for the want. He waited a moment, meeting Alvah's gaze with that black void. "I recognize and reciprocate that trust. The crucible opened my eyes to your great worth." He thought for a moment. "A new piece of the puzzle perhaps. Though remember my comrade. The masks we wear were cast aside only in the crucible. In a time of trust and understanding. If our mask drops, and this woman is not a piece of the puzzle, it will not go well for any of us."
LET US EAT THE PIECE. No
