Like with Chiton - Piercing Rain, the user circulates their chakra through their vascular system, before forcing the suffused blood to rise to the surface and pour out of their pores, forming it into a much greater circle of senbons around them. With a hand wave they can then send the senbons outwards in two waves of piercing rain at their target, or a single larger wave. These blood senbons are stronger then regular metal senbons thrown by a ninja, so they deal more piercing damage then a standard senbon.
