Description:
Upon use of this jutsu, the user channels fire chakra into an item within range. This item can be held by them, or just touched. The jutsu can then be activated three times before it must be cast again. The primary placement of the seal costs an action, but the secondary activations do not. Upon activation, the user chooses between two options. Both options cause similar damage, capable of causing third degree burns if within the area of effect.
Option One, Flame Burst: Fire emanates in a searing spherical burst from the item, the burst reaches up to 3 meters away, filling the area completely, moving around obstacles but not penetrating airtight closed areas.
Option Two, Flame Toss: Fire emanates in a straight line from the item, reaching up to 9 meters away, the line is 1 meter wide. The user controls the exact part of the item the flames come from, as well as the direction of the line.
This jutsu can only have its secondary activation be used once per post. The only indication that this jutsu has been cast on an item is a fuuinjutsu seal. The item does not glow or otherwise change appearance.
