Description: The basic activation jutsu for those who posses the Byakugan. By holding a single seal they will activate their eyes, turning on the effects granted to them by the bloodline. While active, the users vision goes dark, with their surroundings appearing faded. They can still see normal, its just grey and dark. However the chakra network of other humans will glow a bright blue, showing them the internal structure of that person. This allows them to see each chakra point in the body, but also allows them to track that person even through vision impairment, making them great trackers. They will see people in shades of grey, with the only color detail being the glowing chakra system, and can even see these systems through light objects such as walls and clothes, and can see through things like smoke and mist. The range of the effects of their eyes depends on their rank as a shinobi, and is listed above. Their eyes will stay active passively, until shut off or effected by a blinding effect.
