Description: A standard water style technique taught to most trackers or water specialist. By forming the needed hand signs, the user can charge the air with chakra, then cause the sky to open up, creating a down pour of rain in the nearby area. This rain will continue to pour non stop for the next three post, however an extra 10 chakra can be spent at the end of the jutsu to keep it going for another 3 post. While this rain does nothing in reality, it does give the user plenty of access to water for other techniques, but can also be used to weaken fire attacks or just drench the area in rain for cover or escape.
