Description: After performing the hand seals, the user makes their lighting chakra appear around their body and from it a flock of lighting birds spawn around the user. These can be then launched in a direction, or made to spiral around the user. It's mostly a distraction tactic and can be used to stop attacks of equal or lower grade, slow down and slightly damage opponents, or cut visibility. The effect this birds have on contact, is a small bite like jolt of electricity and a slight numbness depending of how in the middle of the flock the opponent finds themselves.
