Appearance:
Standing above average height, Uchiha Meisen immediately catches the eye. He is muscular, with a dancer's or a runner's physique. His face could be described as both handsome and beautiful. When mixed with his physique and bearing, anyone could be forgiven for staring. He adorns himself with fine clothes, jewelry, and various paints to enhance his striking appearance.
Meisen has a tattoo of a spider, spread across his back. It sits in the center of a web, the symbol of the Uchiha emblazoned on its abdomen. On the first finger knuckles of his right hand are the kanji for order, peace, family, strength. On the first finger knuckles of his left hand are kanji that have been crossed out, chaos, war, betrayal, cowardice.
His skin is fair, and his hair is very dark, but cut close to his head and often bound beneath a head scarf. His eyes are, at first glance, dark brown. But closer inspection reveals that they are a deep, dark maroon.

Personality:
Meisen is neither loud, nor quiet, boisterous nor reserved. He is as he is, a man who can hold a conversation for hours, but also sit in a comfortable silence for the same. He enjoys the company of new people, and hearing their stories and opinions. Learning as much as he can about these people. He is someone who can become the best of friends within the span of a single evening. This is because he understands people. What makes them tick. What makes them hope, and dream. And because he understands how to manipulate them.
The man is very well read, educated and learned. He could have had a fruitful life as any number of professions outside of shinobi. But he chose the life of battle, struggle, and and inevitable grim fate. Battle and bloodshed matter little to him, the end will always justify the means. And his ideals are incredibly important to him.
Meisen values one thing above all. Order. He was born into chaos, struggled through war and treachery, all because of a lack of order. He longs to bring the Shinobi world under this idea of order. And he believes the Uchiha are the vehicle to do so.
His loyalty to the Uchiha doesn't come from an arbitrary familial love. It comes from their strength, the power they wield. The tools and influence they have. If these are used for the greater good, then world order is not such a dream.
Meisen is a very dangerous opponent, mixing skill with the blade, bow, and tools, with medical prowess and the terrific power of the Sharingan. His use of poisons and trapping wires earned him the moniker, "Sun Spider". He is merciless in battle. An opponent who challenges him has made their choice. It is up to him to make them see the folly of it.
Outside of his hidden goal of world order. Meisen is a friendly and very artistic man. He spends his days painting, reading, or training. Often with a partner or two. Anything worth doing is worth doing with others after all.
When all is said and done, Meisen will always value his ideals above everything. Even the lives of those he loves. If a thousand must die to save a million, then Meisen will wield the headsman's axe without hesitation

History:
Long in the past, a madman ruled the Uchiha clan. That man is dead, but his legacy tortures the Uchiha even to this day. Uchiha Makota left behind a shadow that fell over the Uchiha. Many fear him, even his name stirs unpleasant memories. How cruel must it be then, for a child to grow up knowing that the same blood flows through his veins?
Born to a woman outside of the Village of the Sun. Chisha, as he was called then, grew up without knowing his father. But his mother often told stories of him, an Uchiha! One of the legendary clan of Shinobi, a true noble. That was the truth of his birth, she whispered to him. In the dark, in their tiny hovel, his mother filled his head with dreams of the glorious Uchiha. She forced him to train endlessly, day after day. To grow strong enough to present himself before his father one day. One night, when Chisha was eleven, his mother revealed a darker truth. His father was a direct descendant of the mad Uchiha, Makota. Rumors had long circulated that any who shared his blood were fated to go mad. To be consumed by the eyes.
Chisha spent years terrified that he would go mad. Every little outburst he had, terrified him. So he repressed them, controlling his feelings and emotion with a manic desperation. Even in the midst of the suffering of his little town. As endless raids slowly destroyed it. He persevered, slowly suppressing everything he felt.
Eventually, he felt nothing.
Even as his mother was taken by the plague, he did not weep.
Even as his friends were slaughtered by bandits, he did not weep.
And even as he was taken into slavery, as his town burned, he did not weep.
The life of a slave is not an easy one. Serving every whim of various overlords. Being sold here and there like cattle. But fear could not break him now. And he began to learn. When Chisha was 15, he slipped a deadly poison into the casks of ale. And escaped from his captors, leaving thirty two dead.
The hunt the survivors sent out after him had a single purpose. To kill. They were not interested in anything but revenge. He ran for weeks in the rain. Hiding in caves and riverbeds. Picking them off one by one with darts and stolen weapons. Eventually, one found him, and in that desperate fight. His Sharingan awoke, the first tomoe. Giving him the slight edge to kill the man with a sharp stake to the eye.
Then, he ran. To the Village of the Sun, the stoic boy fled. He made his way through the massive place, heading for the compound of the Uchiha. He pounded on the gates, shouting, his fear and pain finally breaking past his defenses. He broke down, collapsing against the gates, and passing out.
When he awoke, a man was changing the dressing on his head. A doctor. The doctor explained that one of the Uchiha had found him outside, and brought him in. The doctor introduced himself as one of the Uchiha, and told Chisha that once he was better he could leave. Chisha's claim that he was an Uchiha was met with a chuckle. That soon choked out into a gasp as Chisha activated his Sharingan.
Chisha's arrival sent a ripple through the Uchiha. A boy from outside the clan with the Sharingan, who claimed parentage. A fraud? A lost son? A miracle? Finally, after some investigation, it was determined that Chisha was, in fact, a true Uchiha. And his father was indeed a shinobi who spent a large amount of time outside the village in zone 17, who told a story about a small town girl, likely Chisha's mother. Unfortunately, he was missing, presumed dead after a battle with a Moon Shinobi a decade ago. Chisha was crushed. This was the only place he believed could have been a new home. As he prepared to leave, he was approached by the doctor who had treated him, and had been allowing him to stay at his house. The man said that Chisha could stay, as the Uchiha were his family, and that the doctor needed an assistant. Chisha accepted, joyfully.
The heads of the Uchiha took a bit of convincing, but it was decided that anyone with Doujutsu was welcome. Chisha was gone, Uchiha Meisen was born.
Meisen spent the next two years rabidly consuming all of the knowledge he could get his hands on. And submersing himself fully into the culture of the Uchiha and the Sun village. He was naturally very intelligent man, and a very fast learner. Soon, he was a full genin.
Now, Uchiha Meisen is far from who he used to be. He is the Sun Spider now, a moniker earned from his first mission. Where he trapped and killed a bandit with wires and paralytic poison, letting him bleed out from a gut wound, a painful but just punishment, Meisen believes. The power he has attained has changed his perspective. His need to change the world dwells foremost in his mind. Having seen the darkest underbellies of the world, he will expose them to the light, and burn them into oblivion.
