Description: One of the six core Namsadang arts, originating from the act of spinning dishes on long poles. This is the basis of all of the long range attacks created by the Namsadang clan. A small core of wind affinity chakra is created in the palm, which then through careful chakra control, is spun up to an incredible rate. Once the core is sufficiently spinning, a secondary disk of chakra is created that rotates around the core. This quickly rotating disk of wind chakra is able to deliver a deep cut through even brief contact.
The amount of chakra invested determines the overall size of the chakra disk, as well as the damage that can be inflicted.
D Rank – ~20 cm in diameter, able to leave cuts roughly 1-2 cm deep
C Rank – ~50 cm in diameter, able to leave cuts up to 5 cm deep
B Rank – ~1m in diameter, able to cut all the way to bone
