Appearance: Junko stands at a mediocre height of 180 cm (5’10”) and confidence oozes off him. His lips are always pulled into a loose, easy-going smile that doesn’t quite reach his eyes. His build is slim and wiry with muscle definition prominent in his back and stomach. His head lacks hair and is closely shaved, thus earning him his childhood nickname: Chrome Dome. Yes, it’s very original and it followed Junko out of his childhood. Alongside his head is Junko's shaved sideburns and goatee with the subtle still remaining for all.
It isn't quite difficult to discover that Junko doesn't take much seriously, and his posture is always loose. His general appearance and demeanor often have people marking him down as a bum and they're not wrong in this regard. People can tell Junko's emotional state acutely via the very expressive faces he makes; the most frequent being the 'I really don't wanna be here face'.

Personality: Junko is a simple man with simple desires. He wishes to spend his days fishing and doing the occasional fuinjutsu research. Instead, Junko has to risk his life on the battlefield as a shinobi. He prefers to work at his own pace which is something that rarely comes about so he loathes doing certain jobs. This makes him appear as lazy to others while he insists that he doesn’t like hard work instead. It doesn’t quite disrupt the reputation as a bum he has garnered.
Junko is an easy-going and comedic guy. He keeps the surrounding atmosphere mellow and is very expressive with his emotions. As he is very expressive Junko wears his emotions on his sleeve and he is very forthcoming with his thoughts and opinions on all matters. This honest nature is a quality people can respect and hate but he continues it all the same.
Junko is an openly selfish person and claims that nobody can live without a little selfishness in their life. He is very keen on this belief that people will always operate selfishly even if their action or intention is selfless. Indeed, Junko shall never be a scholar because of this backwards ass belief that people will berate him for. Continuing onwards from Junko’s selfishness he is very money orientated. He keeps a tight hand on his money unless he’s spending it on; gambling, booze, women, or a party. He is bad with money management hence what ended him in his current situation.
His selfishness and greed doesn't make him heartless per se. Junko will merely strike deals and favors with people and hold them accountable for them. Likewise, Junko will never forget a debt owed to a person. Although, if a person breaks their deal or forgets their favor he will merely strike back against them and never offer them assistance again. He will most likely get back at them via dog excretion in their shoe because he's petty and childish like that.

History:Long ago, a wise man gave these words to a young bald child:
“Listen my boy, fishing is the pinnacle of work in life. It’s grueling and tests a man’s mind like no other with the sun testing a man’s endurance. Your mind must remain astute for when the prey strikes it will seek to escape with undying tenacity. This is what makes us fishermen the hardest workers and why I need to take a nap. Get your ass to work, boy.”
Yes, this was Junko’s life surrounded only by his father and worked like cattle. His father was a sickly and weathered man who had no grievances passing his workload onto a child. Junko worked tirelessly to perform the duties his father had given him and he soon realized. His father was just an asshole!
The Fukushima family fishing days grew longer and harder. It started to wear on the father and son’s already fragile relationship with both growing more bitter towards each other. Loans were taken, and bills piled up in the corner and so Junko looked for alternative avenues.
“I will become a shinobi,” the teenager stated with such casualness one would believe he was talking about the weather. This left his father on the back foot and an argument ensured. Nothing could stop Junko’s decision as he decided that working as a shinobi while risky would be worth it. He got necessary training, necessary support, and a good salary. That was all the boy ever wanted and compared to sinking into debt and homelessness with his father this avenue was a must. Thus, Junko enrolled into the academy.
Amidst Junko's time within the Academy his father's time had come to pass. He didn't mourn nor did he cry but he had a bitter taste left within his mouth. A small part of him wished their relationship could've been amended but he knew it would have never came to be. He's like his old man in some ways and Junko was just another coot like him.
Junko graduated and became a genin of the Moon Village. He was lazy and didn't bother to raise through the ranks as he could take it slow and learn before truly risking his life. Although, on one trip he learned of the versatility of Fuinjutsu via somebody carrying their luggage within a seal. It started with him learning the storage seal and progressed much further. He decided with Fuinjutsu and by extension summoning he could be the laziest ninja and still be strong!
