Description: After creating the necessary hand seals, the user creates a tornado of wind that emerges from below their targets feet. The whirlwind is strong enough to lift a person off the ground and hold them in mid-air for the duration of the technique. The tornado can be avoided by simply moving beyond the range of the technique, however the whirlwind covers a range of 5 meters. The person caught will also be spun around attempting to reach the speed of the whirlwind which is 110 mph the speed of a typical tornado. The tornado can lift a human up to 3 meters off the ground. A whirlwind can be created anywhere within the overall range of the technique and will dissipate after its duration. The tornado causes no damage, and the user may only create 1 per usage of the technique. Other uses of this technique include changing the direction of objects or lifting human-sized objects. This technique also generates moving wind which will affect the environment.
