This is the pinnacle of Bakuton jutsu as the user takes the concept of the Flash Charge Jutsu and the scattered flowers technique, and charges several small bags of basic makibishi, rocks, or even rice with explosion release and throws them either up into the air to rain down heavenly destruction on an area or the user can fly up and drop them below themselves if they are already airborne. Everything within a twenty meter radius will feel the effects of the devastating explosion technique as if several explosive notes had gone off all at once. The effect being more akin to a military artillery shelling then anything else.
