Description: This technique originates a ring of wind-natured chakra from the user’s body like a hula-hoop. The circular hoop which surrounds and expands from the user, is horizontally flat and has a sharp edge to cut. The user can discharge these rings from their body depending on their height. They may only shoot these rings from within the boundaries of their vertical physique. Meaning they can be shot anywhere from the body between the bottom of the feet and top of the head. They can only be shot horizontally. The rings cap out at the technique's max range depending on level and will dissipate harmlessly.
The number of rings the user can create at once depends on the level this technique is used. The number of rings fired before it costs 1 action depends on the level this technique is used as well.
Ring size is relative to the rank that this technique is used at. Since the rings are completely flat they are bladed and sharp.
