Description:
After the user has created or is in a rain cloud environment they send a bolt of electricity up into the sky and manipulate the building natural lightning to drop a 10 meter radius circle of lightning down upon their target, dealing massive damage to whatever is caught inside including the environment. As this technique utilizes natural lightning it is not able to be defended by techniques that rely purely on defeating or absorbing chakra based techniques.
