A powerful technique of wind nature chakra that can cut and slash through any material of equal rank that isn't fire based. The user activates it by summoning chakra in their right hand, and then swipes a five meter wide, one meter thick, and thin slicing chakra wave which appears to move in a straight line forward cutting through most things of equal or lower rank with ease.
