Description:
This technique builds on the Rasengan jutsu by adding explosion release to it and converting it into a large AOE explosive ball of swirling chakra. The sheer devastation of this technique is legendary and uses so much chakra that it is generally only used as a last resort. Anyone can spend an action to give 20 CP to the Rasengan Bomb! Increasing its size by 5 meters, but can only do so twice, and when doing so must have a free hand to raise up and add to the technique. It costs one action to create the Rasengan Bomb! and an additional action to use it.
[This jutsu can only be used one time per thread and takes a Rasengan use.]
