Description: Despite the chakra cost of this technique not being a lot, it takes a large amount of experience and medical knowledge to preform. This technique requires the user to wrap their chakra around their heart in a delicate, web-like manner and then control the natural responses in their body when lying. With the extensive knowledge of how the body works, the medical shinobi in question uses this to their knowledge to trick sensory jutsu and interrogators, even experts. The reason that the chakra is created in a thin web is so that it isn't strong enough to be sensed through any normal means, only able to be seen by a person with the Byakugan who has 'zoomed in', per se.
While this ability is active, a person is able to lie to who they are talking to and convince any type of detection method, even increased senses and the ability to hear someone's pulse/heartbeat, or which direction their eyes could go. Each time that heart user's heart beats, it sends out a pulse of chakra that controls their chakra system and body to respond the way it is told. So long as the person telling the lie has a good poker face, this technique covers the rest of the bases for them.
After activating this technique, the user doesn't need to spend an action to activate it again when the duration is up.
