Post by Misuki Heng Mon Jun 22, 2020 12:22 pm

    みすきヘン
    Misuki Heng P8n6dwY
    Name: Misuki Heng
Nick Name: One Horned Devil / Missy (Reserved For Friends)
    Age: 22
    Gender: Female

    Clan: N/A
    Bloodline: Oni

    Origin: Moonlit Grove
    Village: Gekkousato

    Appearance:

    Misuki Heng FeXUJa5

Snow white skin contrasts with her starless cascading hair, this young woman is lithe in nature despite her uncanny strength. Her waterfall like hair goes down to past her waist in which the strands themselves become scarlet in color as early as past her elbows. Misuki's eyes occasionally drift from a pinkish rose to a pale red in color. She has impressive fangs that appear intimidating that only match her claw-like nails that match the crimson in her hair.

Misuki's demonic nature reveals itself in her hourglass figure and impressive womanhood. Yet her alabaster skin appears cracked with veins both around her elongated eyelashes, throat and her lone ivory horn. Depending on her expression, she can appear to have a sense of poise in her demeanor or a devilishly beautiful viciousness that's primal in nature. Her skin is decorated in a permanent tattoo of green and pink like wines that snake around her arms, legs and chest.

    Height: 158 cm
    Weight: 64 kg

    Personality:

Honey and Wine. An odd mixture to some but to those who know her, no combination could be more accurate. The sweetness of honey, thick and viscous in nature encompasses half of Misuki's demeanor. It's less of a facade and more premeditated, as the young Oni is not as menacing as her appearance and is actually quite the socialite when she's comfortable. To the normal bystanders, Misuki can come across as off-putting as she is constantly training her mind and body to a frightening degree. Taking advantage of her Oni heritage and bodily features.

The thickness of honey is also apparent when speaking to her, especially when it comes to her overall keen demeanor. Social but not boisterous, she is proud of her visage and does nothing to hide her inherited depravity or appearance. Misuki understands who she is and explores her inner self when talking to others, always revealing her free-willed nature and a desire for change. Through a unique demonic wisdom, she frequently can bring out the truth in others, inhibited by the restrictions of their own society. Yet, this is only one of the many dimensions that is most commonly seen.

Just as honey is sweet and robust, wine is a different form of indulgence. It is the heaton the dance floor between lovers, the endless waltz of soft music. Misuki carries herself as an almost dark goddess, with a grace that could only be matched by luring succubi or divine angels. There's a subtleness to her posture with poise and confidence that not many Oni carry from their usual outlook of being targets of persecution.

Misuki is above that and strides around with pride and dignity as an Oni, usually carrying a look in between stoicism and a devious gaze. Just as wine, one wants to drink into her and become intoxicated and she always delivers in a devilish fashion. Her insight is apparent as her innocent evil as she chooses her words carefully to bring out the good, the bad and the ugly in others. She wishes nothing more for those to show their true nature. It's then when she knows that one is in her web. She embraces her levels of depravity and being in a rough environment, she understood the laws of those around her more than most. She will never beg for something she can earn and she'll show respect first regardless of her snap judgments. Just like a fine sip of wine, she's smooth and as like honey she is sweet. Honey-Wine. Sweet indulgence to its core.

All of this though, hides an inner wrath and fervor that can not be quenched through normal means. The idea of revenge or battle is a different feel for her as every fight for her is a battle of survival. In her eyes, battling her is forfeiting your right to human rights and she looks as those who are not Oni as cattle, or meat. Until proven otherwise of course. No one is useless, but it takes quite a bit for her to even indulge anyone who isn't Oni. Those who cannot carry her burdens, have no right to act as if they're strong enough. And she is quick to show a level of violence that not many are ready to endure. Her inner nature comes out in full throttle as she fights as if she's in war.

    Likes:

    - Oni's: She dreams of a future where Oni are above the rest and as such she has both a soft spot and a weakness for them. Her best friend, Kanon is a testament to this. When surrounded by many other urchins who found her to be intimidating, she only reached out to one and that was Kanon. It's her blindspot but considering her nature, she is more adept to be less trusting of all others which some could say is a strength of hers.

    - Strength: "Might is everything." Power, Control, Dominance. These are laws that Misuki believes in her core and is obsessed with the idea of being the best. Physical strength is just one of the many ideals that follows such a Creed, but she is not limited in her thinking. She has no issues giving others strength to achieve her goal, as not everything can be accomplished by oneself. She is a power-bottlm after all. And understands that strength comes from many places. Exhibiting such traits, will grant her favor and entice the fleeting glance of this young woman. Yet, the pale demon is always aiming higher, maybe even too high.

    - Pain: Some would argue that Misuki is a masochist, others a Sadist. Misuki has come to realize there is no difference between the two. Pain is pain and it proves she's alive. This is not an uncontrollable desire per se, but she believes that necessary pain is a rite of passage and much more respectable then one who has lived their lives free from such burdens. It fuels a demonic itch as she leans towards the wrathful side of her demonic heritage.

    Dislikes:

    - Pompousness: There is a divide between regal elegance and vapid hubris, and those who exhude the latter anger Misuki like no other. Unwarranted self-importance without proof is nothing but blowing hot air and it's Misuki's desire to snuff it out quickly and efficiently. Yet, she has learned what kind of trouble that has gotten her into over the years as an urchin and now this has become a much more minor annoyance. Yet, those who display such cockiness she simply shrugs off and disregards.

    - Willing Nativity : Misuki is always striving to be the best and where others who aren't Oni annoy her, she is not going to limit herself based on her preferences if there is something to learn from others. That can't be said for everyone though and those who are truly empty headed or desire for stagnation. She believes in change and understands that improvement comes from being uncomfortable, being in new situations and learning. She cannot stand those who refuse to better themselves, especially mentally. Stupidity to her is like an itch that can't be reached or goes away.

    - Crudeness: There is a certain way that confidence can be shown and it's not money or demonstration of powerful jutsu. It's with class. As she carries herself with certain dignity and finesse, she loathes those who show nothing but brutishness. Words or certain gestures can tick her off quickly and get on her badside very shortly as she believes even the way one speaks should have an art to it, not just a blank canvas one should take a hammer too. She believes in precision when it comes to one's character, not haphazard unrefinement.

    History:

"You'll never understand the humiliation, I have gone through."

I snapped at the doctor as she tended to my worst of hurts. Being in a haze like this was not my most proudest or most enjoyable endeavor. But I guess even for one as gifted as I, I cannot do everything alone. Maybe not anything... If I am going to bring change for my race, I'll need more influence, I need more power... I need... I need allies.

Misuki lived among the young vagabonds to be, orphaned and destitute at a young age. Unlike the other children however, she was an Oni. One of Solinia's unwanted children it seemed. Sporting two great ivory horns and fangs to boot, Misuki had no trouble being identified in a crowd let alone among the other kids. She had no parents to speak of and any mention of them were met with quick hushes and whispers. From what she gathered, her parents were both Oni as well but died or disappeared and left nothing of value except for the tattoos that laid upon her pale skin. The village had a collective distrust and distaste towards Misuki, kicking dirt or mud in her direction or even stirring the other kids into calling her more names. Yet, she was not abated and used it for fuel for her particular path.

"I was stronger than the rest of them, they were just intimidated by me.

Despite being amongst the kids, Misuki realized very early that they would never stop their mocking. No matter how much she smiled, or attempted to ignore their banter at her expense. They would always find new ways to torture her. Hiding her belongings, relentlessly calling out to her so the adults could do their bidding. Children are cruel it seems. But one day, a child known as Kaiba would grasp her twin horns. 'Haha, I'm going to ride you like a horse!"

    No...

She grabbed the boy's wrist and twisted it, lunging at him with her class digging into his flesh as she crashed down upon his face until the vibrations that reverberated in her fist from the impact had become numb. Her eyes full of crimson. The blood haze of demons. The other children watched in fear as she rose up, stroking the blood from her knuckles with an elongated tongue as the scarlet elixir dripped from her rags and torn sheets that she used as clothing. She turned to the others with boldness and proclamation.

    "I am Oni."

Soon after that, most of the children just decided to stay away from her and she found herself ruling the other kids with horrific fear than respect. The One-Horned Devil they called her. The mockings turned to frightened children who'd do whatever it took to stay on her good side. It was better to be feared than loved it seemed. At least for now.

Misuki would have some of the other orphans whom were as old as her fetch her things here and there, like a new dress so she wouldn't have to parade aroundin rags and books from the public library. She armed herself with knoddge and then brought that back amongst the streets where she efficiently made things better for the children there. At least the ones who didn't get adopted. She provided a system for them to obtain food, found scrap metals for shelter, anything to make the orphan's lives easier.

Misuki would constantly talk about her dreams, optimistic of the idea of a better way of living, one where the abusive adults and the children who followed wouldn't abuse her or those who allied themselves with her. And for the first time since she established herself, she was happy. She would smile warmly and began carrying herself as the defacto leader of the kids. Yet, she had many mixed feelings about her in the orphanage so most claimed her to be weird, especially given her short height.

Despite the moments of contentment she was always alone, until she met her.

"She was art but I could only use red, she was poetry but I could not read her. My kin."

Twas the first she saw another of her kind, an Oni, Kanon was her name. Amano Kanon. Misuki was bored of her own scars and decided to ask that she revealed hers. They were kindred. Puzzle pieces that fit together. Misuki had not known she could laugh unless she was speaking to her beloved friend.  She saw the pain in Amano's body language, she had gone through much. Misuki became adept at reading others, especially when you're in the midst of so many enemies. Yet, despite all of their connection she never once probed her friend, always allowing her to be comfortable as possible, even when they laid underneath the eye of Lunaris. She made it her duty to smile and continue to regail her with stories and dreams and goals. She wanted to fill Amano with whatever happiness she had left. Which was in her kindred sister.

One day though, she was gone. The violet star in Missy's starless light was gone. Missy, the nickname only reserved for Amano. One would have thought they were preteen lovers, Misuki's grief stricken. Isolating herself and becoming recluse, much to the dismay of the other children. They began to resent her for allowing things to crumble so easily. The adults getting even worse and more torturous to the new children that came in. Not just because they lost an orphan but also because, of Misuki's self-isolation and her influence being lost on the children.

She began to self-loathe, thinking that she made her only connection disappear. Maybe she was too close to her, maybe she said something wrong. She could not put a finger on it. But it was in that lapse of judgment, she found herself surrounded by several of the kids. Her age and younger. With bats, pipes and without warning a concussive blow collided with the back of her head and she was ambushed.

The other orphans ultimately blamed her for things becoming worse and they'd teach her a lesson she'd never forget. With no Oni in sight, they decided to take something of hers. One of her horns. They held her down and with a saw, razor wire and no adults in view, they gave her the longest night of her life. Misuki suffered... Indignities. Taking advantage of her Oni resilience and tolerance for pain. Her eyes lulled in the back of her head during the hours of heinousness, falling unconscious with dribbles of pained drool leaking from her parted begging lips.

When she awoke, she found herself in the village hospital twinkling in and out of slumber for quite sometime. And for years after she endured physical therapy. Yet, she was quieter and kept to herself during the time. The nurses and medics certain that with her bloodline she'd make a full recovery, but assumed she was broken. Misuki was just biding her time. She'd get strknger. Now more than ever, she was determined. A world of change would happen, one way or another. One of the medics though, took a akin to her. Surprisingly, but the young Oni did not care for him but did listen as he spoke about the shinobi in the village. And that her physical prowess could be used for a greater good.

He didn't know how right he would be. She would become a shinobi, but for her. She would shape things for the better. Whether it was through a velvet glove, or bloody claws clenched in a fist.
