Description: The user must make a quick single hand seal to reveal a wind tunnel swirling from their palm. This jutsu draws in everything within its range including one jutsu of the same rank used for offense or defense, nearby plants, weapons and other non-living things and seals them upon the palm. It can even pull people or animals closer. It cannot absorb living creatures or people but it can hurt them by drawing in debris as rp allows. The direction of the wind tunnel is a straight line from the palm. The wind tunnel appears on the hand which is not performing the seal and ends when the person closes their hand or when duration ends. It is limited to drawing in one jutsu per post.
