"For better or worse; I got you!"

    Hazy. Light. Breathless.

It was a delirium after one had been close to dancing with death. Breaths that escaped between his lips would come rushing back the moment he would grunt in moving his arms and body in order to position himself. He stirred from a sleep awoken by an embrace the next day. His body tightly snuggled by thin sheets he could not see and his body slightly burning as if the flesh was charred. A lowly stroke across his flesh indicated that he had indeed been sore from something entering his arms and wrists. The unmistakable needle syphoning something from a tube into his flesh as he had not felt such a thing since he was a little rabbit. Memories of the taste of salted herbs and roots came to mind when he was in such a state and not a place like...this.

Hikari had not been in a hospital in recent years or so. His health was at the pinnacle with a healthy diet and a preference for the more healthy foods. Even now his mouth still tasted sweet with some juice that he siphoned from the previous day. However, it was only remnants as the chalky taste in his mouth only caused him to question how long had he been asleep. He reached into his memory, trying to recall the details of how he had ended up within the room that was still a haze as his brain tried to keep up with the messages his ears gave him. His blue eyes would open as he would take notice of the puzzle pieces reaching into his head for a reminder.

“O-oh.” His world famous word was first as he had taken note of the previous day. “Oh.” Carelessness came to mind and absolute embarrassment did not take long to follow behind, tugging at the sheets, prompting him to pull the blanket along his chest. Hikari could feel a soreness along his body. He winced, lightly stroking a finger upon what was surely bandages upon bandages upon torn flesh. He would have been the shame of the clan if he was struck somewhere other than his face. Now, he had a scar to remember for all time.

“That creature,” he had leaned back in his bed lost in thought, not even noticing if anyone had been close at hand. “...it could not be.”

His thoughts swirling with a frown as he was thinking. The details were not clear, but Hikari believed he was on the edge of an epiphany.

On their way back, Sojiro had been much more silent than Mikomi had come to know him. He was a happy person usually. The injury of his friend had hit him very hard. Mikomi didn't know Hikari, besides the fight on the bridge and their brief disagreement in the cave. It was uncomfortable for her, to be around Sojiro in such a different capacity. Their brief time in the cave, after completing their first mission had been all that they had shared, besides the mission on the bridge of course, that didn't really count though. And their reunion had been cut short by the arrival of the Chidori using creature. She did as much as she could for him, making small talk and such, but nothing helped.

Now, she was walking back into the hospital. She nodded politely to Sojiro's father, wondering again if he knew of the circumstances between his son and her. She had changed into a kimono while she was out, the cut of the bottom of it rising slightly above the knees. It was crimson, decorated with orange and black flowers. She had done her hair quickly while she was out as well, letting it fall free around her shoulders, the forehead protector wrapped around her arm under her sleeve. She currently did not resemble a shinobi, blending in with the crowds.

She entered the room just as Hikari woke up, and placed the large covered pot she carried on a table in the room, staying silent. Hikari and her were not on excellent terms at the moment, so she didn't want to upset the young boy. She began to ladle the noodles and broth into bowls. The doctor had said that Hikari would be able to eat solid foods when he woke up, so she had decided to get a light meal from a nearby place that one of her instructors had shown her. She looked over at Sojiro, reading the air of the room.

Post by Genkumaru Wed May 27, 2020 9:15 pm

The rushed travel back to the sun village meant that Gen had to use his dangerous chakra nature for good. He had spent that last day or so running ragged with Mikomi and Sojiro blasting away small landscape features that had impeded them so that they could get back to Nikkousato as fast as possible. When they had finally arrived he was so exhausted he didn’t even fight the invitation to stay at Sojiro’s his joints and body severely sore from all of his blasting antics that helped speed up their journey back.

He had chosen to sleep in the room with Hikari same as Sojiro, watching over the now recovering bunny with a vigilant eye as he made sure to be ready and able to report to Dr. Sakura at a moment's notice if Hikari’s situation changed. He was worried about the poor bunny, and if though he hadn’t known him long, he knew that he was important to Sojiro and thus should be important to him. So, he had remained vigilant all through the night and into the afternoon, waking up anytime the bunny had made a noise or shifted.

    “O-oh.”

And as the words left the bunnies mouth, he shot upright and smiled towards Hikari, trying to hide his own exhaustion and pain. He gently transitioned himself to sit at the foot of the bed and looked over and into Hikari’s eyes, “Hey there Hikari… You gave us all a fright you know. Sojiro has never been so concerned in his life I bet!”, he would be as kind and gentle as possible, speaking with a true fiery warmth to his voice.

He looked towards his best friend now and spoke further, “
Sojiro and I wouldn’t let you out of our sight. We had to make sure you were okay. As the muscle on that mission it should have been my job to make sure you weren’t hurt. Some shield I am, huh?”, he would laugh nervously before getting up stiffly and with a very slight limp. He slowly worked his way to the curtained window and stared out into the city proper taking in all of the village life.

Hearing Mikomi enter into the room behind him he gave a brief look before speaking towards her, “
Hey Mikomi, did you have a good night's rest? The little bunny here is finally awake.", Gens stomach would rumble in that instant, causing an uncomfortably audible noise to signify he needed food to everyone within earshot.

"For better or worse; I got you!"

"Oh man, Hikari... I'm glad you're feeling alright. Is there anything I can get you? Water or something?"

Words that would stir his blurry vision to perceive his environment. The infinite black void had shown the familiar features and rhythmic heartbeat that had been nearby. As the lilac haired rabbit would feel a wince of pain from the wound upon his chest, the pain within his chest was as severe hearing the voice of the wolf shinobi. His blue eyes opening as he would draw breath trying to perceive what was happening. “S-So...Sojiro-san?” He would call out making sure it was not some fancy within his dreams. His hazy blue orbs no use in the matter as his fingers tips would touch his throat. “I am...alive, yes?”

He had not ignored the request for water, but rather tried to interpret the thought of being alive. He could recall the swift strike against his chest and was surprised to survive it. He had heard in his dreariness that Sojiro had some sort of skill with healing. Had Hikari been thinking, he would have gotten the minimum of attention from one of the Hare Hands that he could summon. However, he had been too busy trying to process what had happened. His eyes would narrow just thinking about how much Sojiro must have done, and yet, he was still here within the room. Still, he was trying to be of service...and to get water?

“N-no.” He would prompt, “I-It is fine. I-I just-”

The sound of brother and a ladle was unmistakable. Once again, he would have to heighten his perception and focus, something similar to attempting to turn attention to something within the area. Without his rabbit-like ears, it was him staring blankly off into the void. He could perceive the feminine form that was within the room. Sure, clothing was different, but that did not matter to the Usagi. The shape and movement was similar. The heartbeat slightly different, but it was circumstance most likely. He could perfectly hear that the familiar form was most likely the woman that was within the room from before.

Silence had fallen over him. He was not quite able to respond as a great deal of pain rushed over him. His wound felt better though.

“Hey there Hikari… You gave us all a fright you know. Sojiro has never been so concerned in his life I bet!”

His heart was overwhelmed enough, but yet, the sounds would cause him to reach to the edge of his blanket as if insecure. His face was a slight frown or worry as he would hear the man’s voice. The rest of his explanation is almost inaudible to know that Sojiro had been waiting here in the hospital to assist him. Not to mention the man’s words severely confused him. Hikari’s lips would part in that clueless round shape. The man seemed to even take shame in that Hikari had gotten hurt! Something that he did not understand as his lips would seal tightly shut.

“N-No!” Hikari would object to Gen, “Y-you are fine! That is-Ugh!”

A brief shift of his body forth to try to insist that the man not think too heavily on being some kind of shield had caused more pain. His wound hurt, but it was not as bad as the notion to think that he failed. It was far from the truth in Hikari’s mind as he would frown. His blue eyes falling, whether or not to the fresh wound, as he would be troubled by the thought of what was happening at his bedside. His ears had not been needed to know that he was not in some kind of after life, but rather within a hospital room. The sounds of the passing staff and people calling for doctors had long given it away. Not to mention the atmosphere? They were far from the Moon Village, and so it was likely he was back in the Sun Village once again, even though it was not where he started.

After the pain would subside, Hikari would finally open his mouth once again, noting what the large burly shinobi had said. It had shaken him to his core thinking about the possibility. “W-what...you asked her...about her sleep.” His eyes would go to the room in vain. His ears would feel the chakra flow although they did not have the Usagi No Mimi crowned upon his head to show he was observing the area around him. However, within a moment, he could perceive the arrangement of furniture, any supplies, and not to mention the state of their beings.

“Did you all...sleep here?” He asked as if absolutely horrified by the notion. “B-but...why?”

Post by Uchiha Akegata Mikomi Sun May 31, 2020 5:04 pm

The two boys were just so... good. They sat there compressed under this mass weight of guilt. That they hadn't earned. They had did their best, they had acted as best they could. But still they struggled. She walked forward, placing three bowls of soup down on the bedside table, within reach of the three boys. She placed a gentle hand on Sojiro's shoulder, before responding to Gen's polite question "I slept well, yes, thank you." She was much more concerned with what they were saying.

She put some more pressure on Sojiro's shoulder, in a comforting squeeze, "Mr. Genkumaru, Soji, please don't be so hard on yourselves." She was being hypocritical. She was an Uchiha, she should have seen that damn rabbit before it was within a mile of them. She should have put a hundred arrows in its heart before it had ever touched a companion of hers.

Mikomi looked over at Hikari. Not voicing another realization she had. A piece of knowledge that weighed at her. Hikari had been very angry upon their second meeting, she had thought too angry. But the creature that had attacked them shared a lot of physical traits with Hikari, and that meant they may share weaknesses. Namely the ears. The explosions in the cave had had a huge effect on the monstrous rabbit. Seeming to render it stunned and stumbling. Hikari had taken a similar hit on that bridge, and had been tossed off in the same moment. It hadn't occurred to Mikomi until on their trip back from the cave. But her attack against Hikari could have easily killed him. Of course he had a reason to be angry, and she had just brushed him off.

They had to have a talk. She needed to apologize to him. But for now she hid that guilt under a calm and comforting veneer, Sojiro was clearly in distress, she struggled to think of what to say, "Soji... You're the strongest Genin, I think in both villages. So i'll rely on you. But... " Her voice shook slightly at the thought of him having to shoulder that burden alone, "promise me that you will rely on me... on us too. That you won't try to carry all of this weight on your own."

He was silent, listening intently to his newfound friends speak as everyone tried to shoulder the blame of what had happened squarely on themselves, with their words or sub context. This was... turning into a martyr moment and that wouldn't do. His friends should be celebrating their victory together, Hikari was alive and okay, they had all made it out of there while being severely outclassed, and as such should be proud in that accomplishment on its own, "Hikari you are too hard on yourself, you are a wonderful tracker I would think. Obviously whatever that creature was, was just more skilled then us. Don't blame yourself for not hearing them, Sojiro don't blame yourself for not smelling them either, and Mikomi... Given your last name I would suggest you shouldn't blame yourself for not seeing them. That enemy was clearly just more skilled then us, and with time we will get there as well. Like a small stream one day we shall too be a raging river.".

Returning to Hikari's side he reached out and grabbed the bowl of soup, eating it unabashedly. After several spoon fulls, he finally spoke, with a tone that could only be described as liquid kindness, "
Friends... Comrades... we all should be taking solace that together, as one, we have ended up alright. We are alive and able to enjoy our friends and the bonds that we have forged. No more sadness or who is to blame okay? We all share in the failures and victories of our time together.", he took a brief minute to pause and let those words sink in before he spoke again, "The heart is the strongest muscle, and we should forge ours together!", he gave a boisterous laugh despite his own aching body, before he looked down at Hikari and gave him a warm smile full of love and kindness.

"For better or worse; I got you!"

A touch to the wrist would cause Hikari to shutter.

It was not that he was nervous about the stranger. It was the sensation along with his burning chest that proved that he was alive. As certain as he knew that blood ran in his veins, the young rabbit would feel the touch of the man checking his pulse. Skilled as he was, the rabbit could have saved him a moment to tell him of his own heartbeat using his Kekkei Genkai. Rob him of the chance to be effective? He could not do that. Especially since he was the father of a dear friend. So the rabbit sat silently, broken, allowing the man to do his job before leaving the room.

Sojiro’s voice was filled with regret. None of it was earned nor should have even crept close to his heart. However, it was there! Hikari did not even need to activate the jutsu to hear the pained tone in his voice. Even as they supported each other, Sojiro would make his vows and claims before the rabbit in the bed. It was a touching sentiment that perhaps should have not been anymore than a simple analysis of something that happened. It should not have been something that he felt responsible for.

“H-he is wrong.” He could not muster the words past his parted lips. He just sat there. Frowning.

A supportive group they were and nothing Hikari could add to it. “This happened because of me,” His thoughts trailing as his cheek would follow. “In more than one way.” He would turn to where the sensation of sunlight touched his skin. Obviously rejecting to face them as his misty eyes had been set helplessly upon the light that cascaded upon the window. Although they did not blind him, the sensation of warmth caused him to close his eyes as he could hear the sounds playback in his mind of that feral strike that put him down. The many sounds around him were urgent and the sensation of blood pooled around him as if he could have swam.

A cold feeling. One that was well deserved given his recklessness. Yet even Mikomi seemed to be very disturbed by her partner’s burden that should not be his own. Yet, she served them...all of them. Hikari’s nose tickled by the scent of soup and his breath short.

Courageous as it was in battle, courageous as it was in speech! Hikari could recognize the man with an explosive hand and an even more explosive voice! He was truly a touchstone, even now, as he seemed to open his mouth and try to empower the group. It was rousing if not only a reminder of just how the group was so well-formed! Hikari had never been a part of such a group! The Usagi were not like this. He never had a team like this due to his manners. Even now, he could only think about the Uzumaki woman’s words to him that he believed he could stave off: He would have to be “rescued” as if he was some kind of sibling! Not a shinobi or someone strong who could carry everyone and have them feel safe, but a sibling?

He could not take this anymore!

"The heart is the strongest muscle, and we should forge ours-”

    The First Scar Whoa2
"What the hell are you Sun Villagers on?! Cactus juice?!"
    ------------------------------

“Stop this!” Hikari’s voice ripped through the room louder than any instrument to stop the absurd speech! “Stop this right now!” Hikari would cast the sheet from his bed as he would uncover himself. His legs tossed off the side of where he would lay, but before he could even bring his body forth, he could not even move from where he sat. His hand would quickly go to his chest as it took all his strength to cry aloud and even more just to make that sudden movement of his arm. His body promised him a good two weeks of pain as the stitches was holding him together like two sheets of plastic.

“Ugh! T-this is...not right.” Hikari would chime, “U-Uzumaki-chan...was right.” A horrible truth he would admit to.

“I-I was...careless. N-not Shinjiro-san.” His breath week and his eyes dipped with his head as he tried to work through the pain. The sensation to cry in agony fought his instinct to bring sanity to the group. “I heard her!” he confessed, “I heard her creep onto the ceiling, but I thought the Mikomi-san...suspicious because of myself as a Usagi and Sojiro-san my only friend of here. Not a shinobi. I did not trust Shinjiro-san and his village...like I trusted him as a person. I did not trust Mikomi-san! I put a burden...of defending yourselves when I could have been warning you! Y-yet...I am in bed, having soup with your own hands that I would not take?”

It was the ultimate insult! He was alive and rewarded for his foolishness.

“I heard you.” His voice was weak. “A-all of you. The last thing I said was out of anger, yet in the darkness...all I could hear was the sound of you all fighting to survive and worry for me. I-I thought it would be the last melody my ears would hear and I could have well been content if you left me. But now...I wake up hearing you all. Genuine heartbeats of joy as if I have done something...miraculous...just by surviving? Are you not shinobi? Myself living is something more beneficial than you surviving and victory? ”

It was painful. Not even Usagi acted this way. Rabbits to the slaughter as they were often called as misfortune was the reward for making a mistake. Their ears would be open to a lecture and told to try again! Not to be coddled and treated as if they were so precious. That was simply not strength to a clan that survived in the wilds without the help of some village. Yet, these people were ridiculous to him! When they should have left him drowning in crimson for his mistake to guarantee their escape.

“I-I do not understand you at all...a-and it hurts!” His head would lift showing beads of crystal dripping from the blue orbs. His cheeks running trails as he would sniffle. He could remember that eloquent woman on the roof thinking of him as a ‘friend.’ Yet...could he even comprehend that anymore than the gesture they were extending? Praise for living and a bowl of soup? Healing hands of family and friends? “I-Is it because… I am Usagi and not shinobi? B-because...I am less than a person that I cannot understand your joy? Why am I to deserve this when I have clearly failed to be a good shinobi...let alone a good person? What am I to you to do this for me?!”

He could not understand them. He had no hope to! Not by himself.

Mikomi reached up, rubbing her eyes as Sojiro stood, his voice washing over everyone like a wave. This wasn't the way. Her hand slid from his shoulder as he walked out. Damn, her keeping silent wasn't helping anything. There were clear misconceptions that everyone had. And the biggest dwelt within Sojiro. There was no time for that right now. Her concerns were Usagi and Gen. Hikari mostly, Sojiro hadn't exactly been diplomatic.

"Let him go." She said as Sojiro walked out, "He needs time to get his head in order. Hikari, you made a single mistake, that's clear. But it wasn't in the cave, it was just now. Your mistake is dwelling on the cave instead of learning from it. Stumbling in the line of duty is not a failure. Learn from your stumbles. Its only a mistake if you do it again." She stepped closer to him, her voice dropping the comforting tone, "And don't EVER say that you are less of a person, for ANY reason. I won't allow that kind of talk. You are you. And you are a person deserving of respect. ESPECIALLY from yourself. You deserve 'this', as you put it. Because all people, including you, deserve this. Kindness, respect, friendship. Whatever you call it. Your survival wasn't a 'bonus' as Sojiro said. Its the goal!" She stopped, slightly out of breath. She didn't talk this much, not usually. But it was important that they know that this wasn't normal. That what Sojiro had said wasn't normal. This... kill or be killed, weighing the cost of life. That the militaristic utilitarianism that he had espoused moments earlier wasn't what they should emulate.

Everyone's individual pain and anguish was still palpable. His words had meant nothing. Hikari went off on a verbal rampage essentially chastising them for caring for him! The poor bunny must have felt like he was the weak link in all of this. As gen went to console him and place a meaty hand on his right shoulder, Sojiro also launched a ballistic salvo of his own and stormed off. The tension in the room had begun so strong that the very air was stifling.

Choosing to speak kindly to Hikari, he would look down at the bunnies eyes, "
I think what Sojiro was tryign to convey is the same as what Mikomi said. I knwo him pretty well and I think he just isn't capable of dealign with this moment Hikari, so don't take it to heart. And to answer your question... You are a friend, a Shinobi of the Moon, and an Usagi. Much like us all you are several things all at once, to different people. Never question your bonds!", despite his worry for Sojiro he would let out another boisterous laugh that hopefully softened the mood of all of them in the room.

Moving towards Mikomi now he would look her straight in the eyes, a general taboo of any Shinobi to an Uchiha, but Gen didn't fear her, for she was his comrade now. Smiling softly he smirked to her before also trying to clasp her shoulder, "
It seems you are far stronger then appearances dictate Mikomi. I wish you well in your endeavors to reign my brother in, Sojiro is... A handful.", he would not clarify what he meant by brother and said it so sincerely like it was a matter of fact to him. Resting his bowl down on a nearby surface he went to the door to the hospital room and opened it, heading out to finish some things. However, he would turn around for a brief moment before leaving and look directly at Usagi before speaking, "I look forward to fighting with you again little one! I can't wait to see what you can do next time you hear? Show me what you can really do with the strength that you just did with that shouting.", and with that he would be off.

"For better or worse; I got you!"

"I thought you were my friend, my comrade. Someone who you could trust, when the world was confusing."

Words that were painful to listen to several times over. The worst part was that they kept coming like an endless barrage of Shurken and Kunai. Hikari would reach to his chest that was ripped open. His blue eyes sank into despair and it would only go deeper than any depth. After all, he knew this feeling. It was the same feeling Jess Uzumaki gave him. The same disappointment that doled out even more since he believed he was done with this part. He thought he was done trying to prove himself as a shinobi or a person he tried to depend on.

    “Sorry,”
His mind clouded with the thoughts he did not say aloud. “The Usagi have a way of disappointing people.”

“Learn from your stumbles. It's only a mistake if you do it again."

“But it did happen again.” His lips would purse. “I-It just...does.” One barb after another as they had been quick to take their hits and leave. He deserved it, or at least that was the idea. Hikari would close his eyes. There was no use for them anyway. They just gave away the feelings that were behind them. The more he would listen to the sound of their voices, the more he would feel defeated by their logic. Was this how shinobi lived their life? Was this what it meant to be on a team with people? That he would mess up all the time?

Hikari’s fingers would line up against the bandages. Grasping them tightly as he would feel nothing short of the pain in his heart. He hoped he could feel that in his chest. Anything to take him away from this moment! Just as he was about to believe he would be belittled once more…

“...to answer your question... You are a friend, a Shinobi of the Moon, and an Usagi.”

Hikari’s eyes opened. Not able to hide the reflection within them no more than he could hide the very breath that came from his mouth. His eyes would close again, attempting to hide the obvious shock. “H-How dare he?!” The rabbit would swallow, “How dare he say the same thing that...she said…” A friend? He would rarely be called such a thing! There was this shinobi from the Sun who had to “draw the line” just because of his mistake and now someone else dared call him a friend? Hikari was not sure how to feel. Was he someone to be pitied? Was he someone to be commanded? Was he someone who was being pulled around with the word “friend” just like the Usagi had warned him of: that allowing men to hurt you one moment and then the next call you a friend was acceptable!

Was he a bonus or was he the goal? Was he the goal or was he the friend? Was he a friend or was he...a burden?

As if he had his answer, the rabbit would simply nod his head, allowing the other two to leave after saying their piece and leaving him in peace. It only left Mikomi within the room. Hikari, without eyes, would turn his body to the things that he could not see as usual: a bowl of soup, his clothing, and the headband he would lay his hand upon. He would start to lay there in bed, fiddling with the piece of the metal with the only kunai he had as he laid back. His thumb would rub against Gekkousato’s symbol as it would be the only thing he looked to with respect.

With ease, he would start fiddling with the metal, scraping it, before finally letting out a relieved sigh as if he freed himself. His hand would reach to the stand that had the untouched lunch that was made for him. Tying the bandana there, he would finally begin to calmly relax in the bed while reaching and fiddling with his faux ears.

“Not a good friend am I…” he would think. “Nor am I...a good shinobi.” His hand would go to his scar as his faux rabbit ears would move along his head. His eyes would stare at the ceiling while carefully he listened for Kunoichi's slightest movements. When he would adjust himself in bed so slightly, his fingers would lace beneath the sheets as he sat there ever so slightly. It would have been perfect at that moment except for that one Nurse who would pass by as Hikari was shifting his fingers and to see what she noticed.

“S-sir! Your bandages!” The woman called attention to Hikari’s disheveled cloth bandages. Blood was fresh around them smeared and was on his very palm. “No hand signs here, please!”

    “Kuchiyose No Jutsu!”

Hikari would toss himself onto the floor, slapping his body and his palm against the terrain. He let out a cry as he would slap his palm upon the terrain that was the floor. Still, on the second floor? It was good for the pickings as he would take open a breath as the three pillars of smoke would appear around him. His body laying in the triangle between a green furry creature, a purple furry creature, and finally a yellow creature that had been surrounding him. The three of them would look at the fallen Usagi with bewilderment with what was going on.

“Do not ask questions! Dig now!”

    CRASH!!!

It was the most efficient way to escape. After that jargon, speech, and world prized manure that came from their mouths? Hikari knew he could not leave without having any more of this talk! So the three rabbits he summoned would plow their way through the very concrete layered flooring collapsing the floor as if rats had chewed through. It only required them to use Earth Shift Core to drop the lump of concrete below when no one was below. However, it did not keep them staff within the hospital from scattering seeing that something chaotic was happening. A huge hole and the bed was dropping below which alerted people. The only thing left above was the bowl of soup that miraculously survived and the headband with the center strike through the Gekkousato’s symbol.

“Not a shinobi nor a good friend…” Hikari would breathe heavily. “....I-I guess a Usagi is a Usagi.”

It was a sad reality to buy into, but he could not let it stop him now. The stitch that he toyed with had not opened all the way, but that did not stop his chest from hurting as he tried to escape. His body laid upon the slab of marble as he would use only his palm to reach out and touch the terrain once more. “The wall!” As if on cue, the three rabbits that dropped into the terrain once more were plowing through the Earth. The hospital’s wall was shifted next now that they were on the ground floor where they could move about freely within the dirt as Hikari tried for his escape from bed rest and his so called “Friends.”

He could not take another lecture about how terrible at this he was! He had a sleazy grandmother for that after all.

Hikari had wrestled to his feet, ignoring the pain and the possibility that he may pop a stitch. Whatever individuals nearby were not shinobi. His hazy eyes looking about as dust flew about in a cloud that enveloped him. “My apologies...but I-I am checking out...w-with or without doctor’s orders.” He would say while the wall that was behind him crumbled letting in what was the intense sunlight.

It was a horrible plan! To declare himself a rogue here! However, there was no pain greater than what he was feeling right now. A sensation that he only wished that he had been dead as he desired before.
