Description: This jutsu allows a user to surround their arms with swirling wind chakra and then release it in three strikes of slashing gusts of wind. These strikes are strong enough to disperse cloud and vapor based techniques, but can also knock back objects and projectiles of equal or lesser rank, causing them to fly backwards and be knocked out of the air. The jutsu is accompanied by the light hue of blue, detectable sometimes by those with great sight. Each of the three strikes delivers powerful damage, able to reap swathes of land or slash through regular armored defenses. This jutsu's three strikes cannot alter their course once in motion, but each of the three strikes can be directed to different targets and with different angles.
