This move is derived from Chakra Scalpel, applying the knowledge learned there by the user and increasing the deadliness of the attack. Instead of simply summoning the chakra into the hands, with intense chakra control, the Medical Nin starts to spin the chakra around their hands to increase the range and deadliness. This move cuts through tendons and muscles but unlike the original parent move, this move allows the user to cut through clothing and any gear B-rank or lower. This doesn't actually damage the gear, just allows the person to strike through it.
