Appearance: Nariko maintains simplistic aesthetics, while also taking care of her beauty. Her hair is long and laboriously maintained. Her skin is as free from blemishes as she can manage without excessively burdensome cosmetics. Her face is rather flat, and at rest looks expressionless. Long bangs hide her large forehead. Her nose is stout and wide, and her lips are reasonably chubby. Nariko has very little muscle tone and mass. This is as a result from having little duties that require physical labor. Another partial reason to explain her frail figure is has next to no training in bukijutsu and ninjutsu. Her hands are lacking of considerable scaring, and any callusing. With her slimmer figure her rib cage can be seen in tighter clothing.

Personality: Nariko is the type to find the little things cute, and enjoyable. However, her personality is very much in control, and she’s not prone to any form of mania. At times she’s prone to immense disgust, and this can result in her being overly controlling. This results in her being in too much control, like a shield from anything she can’t manage. In a good mood she’s calm, polite, and does her best to support her friends. Nariko is an incredible empath, and loves working with people. She loves young children and making people smile. However, anything she deems a threat to this she doesn’t tolerate well, even if not in actuality dangerous.

History:

Nariko was going to be the next clan prodigy, however she simply decided to stop trying. To her, living a life of tranquility on her desires, and lazily enjoying the sun was much more enjoyable as she lived off her parent’s hard work. Sinking countless amounts of effort into Nariko only for her to shun them caused great familial tensions. As her parents demanded more and more of her she grew that much more impatient. It was only a matter of time until she was passed up by numerous people within her clan her age.

Her father falling ill was the end of her turbulent era with her family. He died quickly. Her mother withered away not long after her father. While she feels many emotions, she has never been able to truly process them. With a stressful personal life she spent her youth shunning anyone her age with her clan’s intimidating legacy. No one was let into her life.

Through many difficult times and long anecdotes she found herself in the loving care of her aunt, who was never to be married. With nothing but compassion, and true wholesome love  she was able to finally start her journey to heal. At first it was the little things, sleeping well, maintaining habits, and getting the sun which she had previously loved so much. Then it was finding a purpose in life.

While she is not fully away from her past habits, she finds peace in her work. To continue her clan tradition, and do what she is good at, she uses her genjutsu to help people overcome struggles in life. However, to maintain a profitable business she must compromise her dream. While her business does help people cope with unwanted emotions, to be out of the red she has to serve those looking to use genjutsu to fill empty vices. Ironically this is very profitable, as she can inadvertently make her own customers.
