Chiton - Phoenix Mode allows the user to burst their chakra suffused blood out of their shoulder blades and form wings of blood. This wings allow the user to fly at their current Ranked movement speed so at C-Rank: You can move 5 Meters Per Post (5 MPP), B-Rank: You can move 7 Meters Per Post (7 MPP), A-Rank: You can move 10 Meters Per Post (10 MPP), S-Rank: You can move 15 Meters Per Post (15 MPP). This doesn't not add to your movement it just changes how it functions. These wings can also fire out a torrent of blood feathers at a target up to 20 meters away, once per casting of the jutsu, immediately ending it on use causing the user to fall to the ground. These feathers deal piercing and slashing damage and get progressively more powerful as the casting rank increases.
