Description:
The user places a fuuinjutsu seal anywhere within range. It can be placed on an item, or on clothing or even skin. Then, Flickering Aegis can be activated three times before the jutsu must be recast. The primary casting requires an action, but the secondary activations do not. The activation lasts until the end of the user's post or until they choose to end it, though another activation can be used to have it continue until the end of their next post or until they end it. Thus, the armor can snap into place and vanish within a few moments.
Upon activation the user is sheathed from head to toe in a purple force shield. It is one inch thick and hovers two inches away from the user's skin. The shield is airtight, and does not allow any form of energy or chakra through. It stops kinetic blows as would any armor. It reduces the user;s speed by 2 MPP while active. This jutsu can only be used if the seal was placed on them or an item they are holding. Alternatively it can be placed on another person with the same effect.
The shield can block any number of effects of lower rank. But a unique casting can only block three effects of equal rank before it must be recast. Or one effect of higher rank. Both shields have the unique effect of nullifying chakra sealing. They cannot be affected by chakra sealing effects of lower or equal rank. A higher rank sealing effect functions as normal.
