Appearance:
Like Plague themself, the appearance of the ninja is highly mysterious as they only ever go out dressed in a full Plague Doctor regalia covered head to toe in material that really does not indicate their gender or any other physical features that one may be able to infer other than their height. This is the way Plague prefers, a person of mystery and fun they reflect that in their clothing often switching it up and substituting bright colors into their usually drab black colored garbs. The ninja usually will wear a mask, either shaped like a skeletal raven or a simple, head covering gasmask of latex and rubber, both masks completely seal them off from the outside world and muffle their voice furthering the gender confusion. Plague can and does speak in both high lilting tones, as well as deep grumbles and with the muffle and the clothing nobody yet knows their gender.

Personality:
Plague's fighting style is a mystery as they have not engaged in combat in any sort of public setting nor have they ever given their real name, much like the rest of them this is an enigma wrapped in a mystery wrapped inside a puzzle box. That being said Plague often likes jokes more than being serious and will often engage in diplomacy or being a third party mediator if people get too hostile or angry though this of course is not without them being on edge. Plague always expects to be attacked at any time due to their rough childhood, and does not fully trust anyone other than themselves but they can open up to a point with the proper people around them. Rarely hostile and rather defensive, Plague never starts conflict but rather seeks to quickly resolve it should it come up usually through talking, trickery but so far not through brute force. Secretly a bit detached from their own ego and id, Plague has a hard time relating to others but does genuinely care about those that earn their respect or are enjoyable to the Doctor. They will have no empathy however for those they deem simple, genuinely uncaring or far too hostile or 'sinful'. While Plague hates the sin and not the sinner they do operate on a moral code that allows them to judge others quite easily should they come off as a prick or much worse, bully or harm Plague's friends. Overall though Plague is often a goofy, fun loving person who wishes for most of the world to be happy, but they do stick to the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few and often to an intense degree.

- Innocence [In animals/humans/what have you] - Plague believes in protecting the innocent from having to dirty themselves.
- Chemistry and Human Biology - Fixated since a young age this ninja has already studied both to an extent that they are breaking new ground in each field.

Dislikes:
- Power Corruption - Anytime someone is corrupted by power, or simply becomes to blinded by ego and becomes what he calls a 'major hypocrite' Plague instantaneously views them as inhuman and undeserving of sympathy.
- Death - The ninja has simply been around it too often in their lifetime.
- Sterile Smells - Oddly enough for someone who uses filtration masks all the time, Plague refuses to not have them smell of something other than anti-septic spray.

History:

In a fishing village the Uzumaki clan make their living doing organized crime or sailing, often both as piracy upon the waves and because of this they have rejected all calls to be tied to either major hidden village in fear of losing their autonomy that they so enjoy. Plague is different however and did not fit in well amongst his immediate family, instead becoming grating to them and cast out as a black sheep, not to be mentioned among the Uzumaki proper back in the village. If they had instead been born to simply fishing or dock hand Uzumaki's, perhaps a merchant family as well they would have fit in well. However their family was comprise of the bloodiest fixer in the 'Family' as well as their mother whom developed extremely wicked poisons, acids, biological diseases, and other such things to be used in a filthy manner. The firstborn child of this pair was the titular character who would be later known simple as Plague, but their secondborn child was much more agreeable to the lifestyle thus prompting a quick exodus for the first in line. Due to the combined ranking of their parent's, Plague was set to become the next Don when the current passed away. This was distasteful to both of their parents and they despised their child because of it, tormenting and training and trying to mold them into what the two mafiosos wanted Plague to become.

Due to all of this the not yet ninja was slightly elated when they were ousted from the family proper and set to become not a part of their birth village. They had learned much in their time pouring over books about the twin villages of Moon and Sun, it was a long journey and truthfully Plague did not decide until they were not twenty miles that the village under the moon was the one for them. The exiled Uzumaki came to the village with their figurative hat in their hands and was surprised at the lax, free will oriented bent of the village they had encountered. For once in their lives they had felt accepted and for that they were extremely happy, the soon to be ninja then enrolled into the Academy with a gusto and graduated with high marks especially in the medical field. All the while they only introduced themselves as Plague, preferring to not be known and associated with their criminal bloodline that was no doubt the perception, and sometimes truth of their clan. This secrecy is entirely summed up by their outside appearance and the ninja prefers to keep it that way, extremely paranoid that they would become ostracized if their clan was known, or much worse...their parents tracked them down because of it....
