Once activated the user will push lightning chakra through their body, allowing it to course across the surface of their body. This is intended to paralyze anyone who may be touching the target during the use of this jutsu. Most people use it when restrained or grabbed, as a way to release their enemy from the hold they have on them. If being touched while active, the enemy will have any body part currently touching the user paralyzed. The paralyzed limb will be unable to be used for the duration of the next post. Meaning if its an arm it can not attack or move, and a leg will go numb and be unable to walk. The head and torso will not be effected by this paralyzation.
