This jutsu can also belong to the KKG tag, meaning it belongs to a bloodline and can be used by those who posses that bloodline. If it is a KKG, do not include another specialty. Rank: This is the rank of the jutsu being created. It can be a single rank, or modular between a list of ranks, for example it can be a jutsu that ranks up with your rank, such as C-A. If this is the case you must include the below details for each rank, including ranges and durations. see our Rank Guide
Element: This is where the element of this jutsu goes. If it does not have an element you can mark it N/A. It must only be a singular element, being one of our 5 basic elements, an advanced element, or a KKG element. Do not include an element that has not been approved yet, or more than one. Cost: This is where the cost of the jutsu gets placed, whether it is chakra or stamina. All jutsu must have a cost of some kind, and in 99.99% of instances, it will follow our cost guide. See our Attribute Guide for chakra and stamina cost.

Status: This is where you determine who is allowed to use this jutsu. It can be open to the public, or closed to a specific person, clan or village. If it is a canon jutsu from the manga/show or source material, it must be open. In addition, if it is a basic concept, such as a fire ball, it can not be private as it is a common concept.
