Description: A technique made to advance the Hidden Mist Technique. Rather than create a cloud of water vapor this jutsu uses the water vapor already present in the air to bend light away from an area. With no light reaching it this means anyone within the area is stricken blind, this includes the user and any allies.
This is more powerful than the Hidden Mist Technique for several reasons. The first and main improvement is this version is just as effective against Doujutsu-users as the original is against normal sight. Their ocular jutsu is based on the structure of their eyes and if they can't see they can't use any of their extrasensory abilities. This is effective against the Sharingan and the Byakugan.
Secondly, there is nothing within the area-of-effect for an opponent to blow away, as one can do with the cloud of mist.
A side effect of this technique is that anyone inside of the zone is invisible to anyone outside of the zone, but that is not the intended purpose of the technique.
