    Description: After creating the necessary hand seal, when the target witnesses the user point any of their fingers, they will be caught in an illusion affecting their hand eye coordination and kinestethetics. The target will experience an illusion as though their limbs are sluggish or delayed in responding to input. This burdens the target’s ability to control chakra flow into their limbs and the ability to utilize them efficiently, increasing the expenditure of chakra and stamina by an additional 5 CP and SP per technique used, for the duration of this technique.

    Due to the strength of the effect let's bump this up to B-rank as you have two effects going on, a pain and sensory effect as well as a resource pool bleed.

    Bumping it up to B-Rank would make this technique virtually the exact same as my other technique at B-Rank, making it pointless. Is there anything else you can do with this that doesn't involve bumping it all the way to B good sir? For example removing the pain effect. Konowari Secret Illusion: Phantom Nightmare

    Let's try this then possibly as the descriptors lead to a few questions. At the core you want a punishing Genjutsu at lower costs that has a resource pool bleed so I suggest the following edit.
